Backstage News On WWE’s WM31 Kickoff Show Changes, WWE HOF Viewership For Monday

– The 2015 WWE Hall Of Fame special that aired after Monday’s RAW on USA Network drew 2.105 million viewers.

– WWE considered moving different matches to the WrestleMania 31 Kickoff Show this past Sunday. Originally, the plan was to bump the Divas tag-team match to the pre-show, however WWE felt there would be a lot of backlash from the fans due to the “#GiveDivasAChance” movement.

– Speaking of the Kickoff Show this past Sunday, the reason WWE wanted two matches was because they wanted the fans who were watching the two hour pre-show to have more live content to keep them occupied. They also wanted to free up time so they wouldn’t be forced to rush during the pay-per-view, however that ended up happening anyways.
