In the backstage video below, Roode says the win proved why he’s the face of NXT. Roode says he came to NXT for one reason and that’s to take the company to the next level. Last night’s win was just another step in getting NXT to the top and the final step will come at TakeOver when he makes the NXT Championship glorious.
