Former WWE Champion and Chicago native CM Punk is getting some mainstream media coverage for some verbal shots he directed towards three-time NBA Champion Lebron James.

During a World Series victory parade for the Chicago Cubs, Punk appeared on CSN Chicago to comment on his local team’s championship win. Punk took the opportunity to voice his displeasure with Lebron James, and accused the Cleveland Cavaliers Forward of being a bandwagon fan.

“He’s a guy who was criticized because maybe six months ago he was at a [Cleveland] Indians game wearing a Yankees hat, and he’s proud of it — taking it off and showing everybody,” Punk said. “Wearing a New York Yankees hat while going to an Indians game, to me, is kind of crazy. Now all-of-a-sudden Lebron James is all ‘Cleveland against the world,’ and I think he maybe jinxed his team a little bit.”
