– This week’s edition of WWE RAW opened up with the promised “blockbuster announcement” from Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. The Authority announced that Daniel Bryan is officially stripped of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship due to his inability to compete at the June 29th Money In The Bank pay-per-view.
It was confirmed that the Money In The Bank pay-per-view main event will be a Money In The Bank ladder match for the vacant WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Already confirmed for that match are Alberto Del Rio and Randy Orton. Later in the show, Sheamus defeated Wade Barrett in a hard fought battle to also qualify. Additional participants will be determined via additional qualifying matches.
