First-Ever Women’s Championship Showcase, Two Segments Set For WWE RAW

With tonight’s (September 2, 2019) episode of WWE Monday Night RAW just a few hours away, the company has added more segments to the show as well as a first-ever contest. 

First up is a new “Firefly Fun House” episode with Bray Wyatt airing. There’s no word yet on if “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt will appear live in front of the fans. 

Also on tap is a contract signing between WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman for their Universal Title match at the Clash of Champions pay-per-view event. Rollins will defend the title against “The Monster Among Men.” 

Finally, the match, which is a bout that will see champions collide. 

The women’s Championship Showcase match that will see RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch team with SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley against Women’s Tag Team Champions Nikki Cross & Alexa Bliss.

WWE RAW Preview: Rey Mysterio Returns, KOTR Matches

It should be noted that no titles are on the line in the match.

As of this writing, only Bayley is set for a match at the Clash of Champions pay-per-view event as he’ll take on Charlotte Flair with her SmackDown Women’s Title on the line.
