Remember the Florida teenager who was arrested earlier this month for attempting to RKO his school principal? He’s been arrested again – for another RKO.

This time, he tried to RKO a (fake) alligator.

According to ABC News, Gianny Sosa of Miami, Florida was arrested again this week and charged with criminal mischief. Sosa was at The Falls Shopping Center in Miami-Dade County when he spotted a decorative display that featured a fake alligator.

A video posted to social media shows the 18 year old removing his shirt, running to the side of the display, jumping over a barrier and tossing the fake alligator off a rock and into the display pond. He then picked the alligator up and performed the RKO and went for a pinfall the gator.

A witness identified Sosa after watching video of the earlier incident. He confessed to police, apologized and was arrested.

Police charged him with criminal mischief after damaging the fake alligator, which was valued at $3,690, according to the manager of the mall.

Sosa was taken to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County and booked.
