Former ROH (Ring of Honor) star Karen Q made her in-ring debut under the WWE NXT banner. She did so when teaming up with Lacey Lane at the NXT live event on Thursday in Tampa, FL at the University Area CDC Gymnasium.
The team lost to Aliyah & Vanessa Borne in a tag team match. Post-match, Karen Q laid out Lane.
Karen Q was recently announced as part of the new Performance Center recruits by the WWE. For those who may not known, before signing with the WWE, she worked for ROH and took part in the 2018 Mae Young Classic but lost to Xia Li in the first round.
She commented on her debut by writing the following on her official Twitter account, “I made my @WWENXT Live debut and my “tag partner” hits me in the face. All I can say is she got what she deserved. #AsianInvasion.”
