Bronson Mathews’ (real name Josh Bredl) time with the WWE has reportedly come to an end.

The ex-Tough Enough winner was handed his walking papers from the company last week per a report from PWInsider. Mathews won his WWE contract back in 2015, however, his career in NXT never really took off. He had suffered a concussion-related injury that prevented him from working live events since the summer of 2016 and hadn’t even been training at the performance center. He joins Sawyer Fulton and Leo Gao as NXT talent that were released last week.
