As per Japanese wrestling correspondent ‘Enuhito’ via twitter: New Japan Pro Wrestling legend Masahiro Chono will be making his return to the ring after a 2 year absence for his charity event ‘Fight & Love.’
As well as his run in NJPW, Chono appeared for WCW as a member of the New World Order.

As a side note: Chono once broke his neck in a match against Steve Austin for the NWA World Heavyweight Title in 1992. Austin reversed an attempted Tombstone Piledriver from Chono and delivered his own where he sat into it and accidentally spiked Masahiro’s neck into the canvas, this caused Chono to develop a more brawling style in the ring……sound familiar? Nearly 5 years after Austin’s neck was broken by Owen Hart using the exact same move.
