The wrestling world is morning the loss of King Kong Bundy. Often referred to as the “walking condominium” for his imposing stature, Bundy was only 61 years old.
Bundy’s passing has received mainstream media attention and rightfully so. He was a larger than life character who rose to stardom during WWE’s national expansion in the mid 1980’s.

I met King Kong Bundy in 1999. I had just started training and was helping out backstage at the show he was on. I’ll always remember him being really funny and just such a great guy. I wish I had been lucky enough to cross paths with him again.
