While we are still a few days away from the TLC PPV this Sunday, a new report might have revealed the outcome of one of the most anticipated matches on the show.
Pwinsider is reporting that the Raw General Manager and Hall of Famer Kurt Angle is expected to be on next Monday’s Raw from Sacramento, California.
What’s interesting to note here is that Kurt has mostly been absent from Raw since Stephanie McMahon sent him on vacation and made Baron Corbin the acting General Manager of the show.
Now with Corbin scheduled to put his power on the line against Braun Strowman at this Sunday’s PPV, Kurt’s return just the night after the show makes it a very interesting development.
What’s worth mentioning here is that Braun Strowman is reportedly scheduled for another clash with Brock Lesnar and the most likely destination for it is the upcoming Royal Rumble PPV.
This, combined with the fact that Angle will return just the night after Baron puts his authority on the line, is enough to start the speculation that Kurt will be returning to reclaim his position.
Whether or not Angle actually reclaims the GM role is yet to be seen, but his scheduled return does make next week’s episode of Raw a highly anticipated episode of the show.
