Defeating Asuka in a singles match on last week’s episode of SmackDown Live has earned Mandy Rose a SmackDown Women’s Championship match at Fastlane.
Asuka made her return to the Blue Branded Show after several weeks of absence to face the ‘God’s Greatest Creation’ Rose in a one on one bout last week.
The match went on for a while. It ended when Asuka hit her opponent with a knee and Mandy started selling that the Champion had poked her eye.
This caused the competition to be halted for the moment and cashing in on the opportunity, Mandy Rose pinned the SmackDown Women’s titleholder via a roll up.
While both these stars didn’t appear on this week’s episode of SmackDown Live, The former Absolution member was interviewed backstage after the show was over:

In the interview, she revealed that her non-title victory has earned her the right to challenge for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at the upcoming Fastlane PPV. After the announcement, here is the updated match card for the show:
