Brian Kendrick defeated TJ Perkins at tonight’s WWE Hell in a Cell PPV to capture the WWE Cruiserweight Championship.
Perkins just won the title by winning the Cruiserweight Classic back in the final. Kendrick is the only other person to hold this version of the cruiserweight championship.
