Some changes to the card for the upcoming WWE Starrcade event have been made. The updated advertisements for the show have Braun Strowman vs. Baron Corbin, The Miz vs. Rusev and Finn Balor vs. Drew McIntyre added.
Also, WWE pulled the cage match between SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair. The cage match between AJ Styles and Samoa Joe will no longer be for the WWE Title. Flair is still advertised for the show but her opponent has yet to be revealed.
Starrcade takes place Saturday, November 24th from Cincinnati, OH at the US Bank Arena. The arena website is advertising the following matches:
- Dean Ambrose vs. WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins (Street Fight)
- Braun Strowman vs. Baron Corbin
- Finn Balor vs. Drew McIntyre
- Rusev with Lana vs. The Miz
- Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles (Steel Cage Match)
- Charlotte Flair vs. TBA
- United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Rusev
- Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Bar vs. The New Day
- United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Rey Mysterio
- Special Performance: Elias with Ric Flair
WWE brought back the theme for a live event at the Greensboro Coliseum last November. With it being held a few days after Survivor Series, it will just be a house show and not turned into a special that would air on the WWE Network.
