Several matches and segments have been announced for Tuesday’s episode of WWE SmackDown Live.
With Jeff and Matt Hardy having to relinquish the SmackDown Tag Team Titles due to Jeff being out of action with a knee injury that required surgery, Shane McMahon will appear on the show to crown new SmackDown Tag Team Champions.
A six-woman tag team match that will see Bayley, Carmella and Ember Moon taking on Charlotte Flair, Mandy Rose, and Sonya Deville, as well as Ali vs. Andrade in a singles match, have been confirmed.
Lastly, Kevin Owens will respond to WWE Champion Kofi Kingston attacking him last week during their segment. As noted, Kingston will make his next title defense against Owens at the Money in the Bank PPV event on Sunday, May 19, 2019, in Hartford, CT at the XL Center.
WWE holds this show in Louisville, KY at the KFC Yum Center. It will be an important episode of the blue branded show as it will need to increase viewership after last week’s show pulled in poor numbers.
