-Celebrity-gossip website TMZ has picked up the Jack Swagger/DUI court case story. As previously noted, Swagger was sentenced to a suspended two day jail sentence (that he won’t have to serve), $500 fine, six months probation, $998 court costs and alcohol/substance abuse education programs.
