Former University of Minnesota linebacker Mike Rallis recently spoke about his attempt to secure a developmental deal with WWE in a new Minnesota Daily article. Rallis spoke about initially reaching out to WWE Hall Of Famer before flying out to Orlando for an official tryout earlier this month. Regarding the tryout, Rallis said, “I left it all out there in the ring those three days. For them to say that you did a good job, it feels good there’s some payoff for that.”
Rallis also noted that he’s gearing up for a second WWE tryout. “This year, I got to strap on an NFL helmet. I also got to step into a WWE wrestling ring, and I don’t think a lot of people can say that — especially not in the same year.”
