NXT Star Out Due To Injury

It seems that one member of the WWE’s NXT roster has suffered a significant injury, and will need to take a lengthy period of time off.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio reports that NXT star Riddick Moss has suffered a torn achilles tendon and could be out of action for up to eight months. It’s currently not known when or where he suffered the injury, however, he was at last week’s NXT tapings on crutches.

Moss just did a segment in which he and his tag team partner, Tino Sabatelli, split up. Interestingly enough, Sabatelli recently underwent surgery for a torn pec and will also be out-of-action for eight months.

Riddick signed with WWE back in 2014 and debuted in December later that year on a NXT live event. He started to team up with Sabatelli in October of 2016 and split after their loss to Heavy Machinery. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more….
