– Ahead of his participation in the Fatal-4-Way match for the vacant WWE Universal Championship on Monday’s RAW in Houston, Texas, former WWE Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens pointed out via social media on Saturday that Houston was where he won the I-C strap. He predicted on Twitter that he will become the new Universal Champion tomorrow night.
