Brock Lesnar reclaimed the Universal Championship at Extreme Rules PPV and as you would expect, the majority of the fans are not happy with this decision.
Seth Rollins earned a hard-fought victory for himself and partner Becky Lynch during the Extreme Rules PPV and this duo defeated the team of Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans on the show.
However, seconds after the match was over, Brock’s music hit and Mr. Money In The Bank made his way to the ring to challenge Rollins for a bout.
He cashed in his contract on the Universal Champion and after two Suplexes and an F5; Lesnar successfully defeated the former Shield member to win the title back.
Rollins was then helped backstage by the Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and WWE posted a video of the two after the pay per view went off air.
After the show, fans started reacting to the surprising results and as seen below, the majority of the fans don’t seem to be happy about the Beast being the champion again.
Reactions to Lesnar’s Win
So far there is no word on what the company has in store for Seth Rollins after this bout or how long Brock is expected to hold the title but we should get a better idea about it on the next episode of the company’s weekly shows.
