Darren Young suffered some sort of arm or shoulder injury during tonight’s WWE Main Event tapings in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The injury came during a match against Epico. Young fell on the apron and got back up clutching his arm. The match was then stopped by the referee. Young ended up being helped to the back by Bob Backlund, seen below in this fan photo:
