It appears that WWE’s official website may have revealed the opening contest of the main card of the WWE TLC pay-per-view event.
In the preview article for the Finals of the Mixed Match Challenge Season 2 that will see R-Truth & Carmella vs. Jinder Mahal & Alicia Fox, it was noted that the match will air live on Facebook Watch at 7pm ET, which is when the main TLC card kicks off.
“Jinder Mahal & Alicia Fox will battle R-Truth & Carmella in Mixed Match Challenge Season 2 Finals at WWE TLC, presented globally on Facebook Watch and on the award-winning WWE Network, Sunday night at 7 ET / 4 PT.”
The winning team will receive the #30 spots in the men’s and women’s Royal Rumble matches come next year at this event. Also, they will receive an all-expenses paid vacation to anywhere in the world.
If you recall, Mahal & Fox earned their place in the finals with a victory over Apollo Crews & Bayley. On the flip side, Mahal and Fox got their way into the finals by overcoming The Miz & Asuka.
The TLC pay-per-view event takes place tonight (Sunday, December 16th, 2018) in San Jose, California at the SAP Center that will air on the WWE Network. Be sure to join us for play-by-play action.
