– At one point, Cesaro vs. Jack Swagger was planned for this past Monday’s edition of WWE RAW. For whatever reason, WWE decided to change the match to Cesaro vs. Rob Van Dam for the number one contendership to Sheamus’ WWE United States Championship.
– Michael Cole mentioned during this week’s edition of WWE Main Event that Ryback will be out of action for two weeks. Word backstage in WWE is that he is expected back by late September.
