Samoa Joe will remain as the WWE United States Champion, which is regarded as the secondary singles title on SmackDown Live.
Joe successfully retained the title over Rey Mysterio, Andrade, and former US Champion R-Truth in a Fatal 4-Way Match at the at Sunday’s (March 10th, 2019) WWE Fastlane pay-per-view event from the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio on the WWE Network.

This was a late addition to the card as originally, Joe and Truth didn’t have a match booked on this show. On the flip side, Mysterio and Andrade were slated to meet inside of the squared circle in a singles match on the pre-show.
This was actually a rematch. If you recall, Joe won the United States Title when he beat these three men on the March 5th episode of the blue branded show in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
This marked the first set of gold as part of the WWE main roster for the former two-time NXT Champion.
