On Monday morning, Hulk Hogan appeared on Good Morning America (Video) to address his racism controversy. Hogan apologized and explained that his use of the n-word was in part due to his upbringing in a rough neighborhood. One man who wasn’t buying Hogan’s story is his Scott Steiner.
