Shawn Michaels Says His Crown Jewel Return Is A ‘Glorified Cheat Day’

Amidst all the controversy of Crown Jewel being held in Saudi Arabia despite the international crisis, a story that seems to be a little lost is the in-ring return of Shawn Michaels.

This story hasn’t been featured as much as it would be under normal circumstances and it appears that the Heartbreak Kid himself doesn’t feel a lot of pressure on this return either.

WWE recently posted a video of Michaels discussing the upcoming show and during the talk; the former World Champion explained why he doesn’t feel the pressure.

Shawn said that there is no stress and no anxiety and he doesn’t feel a lot of pressure to be ‘Mr. WrestleMania’ probably because it’s not WrestleMania.

According to him, one of the reasons he agreed for this comeback is that it didn’t encompass all the things he feels a comeback dictates.

Continuing on the topic, the DX Member explained that it’s like eating a chocolate pie. You know for the most part that it’s not good for you but every now and then you have a cheat day and according to Michaels it’s a glorified cheat day for him

Does this mean that Michaels is not considering more matches after this as rumored or this return could ease him into wrestling more often in future? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section.
