WWE has announced that Matt Riddle vs. Kassius Ohno in a singles match would take place at NXT TakeOver: Phoenix. This marks the third match between these stars that will be broadcasted.
The NXT TakeOver: Phoenix event takes place on Saturday, January 26, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona at the Talking Stick Resort Arena and will air on the WWE Network. It will go down the night before the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event.
This show marks the first special for the yellow brand in 2019, which is looking like a stacked lineup. WWE NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa vs. Aleister Black is expected to headline the event. Here is how the lineup looks now:
