There are not new WWE NXT Tag Team Champions as The Street Profits retained over The Undisputed Era.
Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish were not able to make it back on top of the NXT Tag Team Division as they lost to Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins. The Street Profits retained at the WWE NXT TakeOver: Toronto II event in Toronto, Ontario at the Scotiabank Arena.
The reign of The Street Profits as champions hasn’t lasted that long as they won the titles at the WWE NXT TakeOver: XXV event in Bridgeport, CT at the Webster Bank Arena back in June.
They became champions when they beat The Forgotten Sons, Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch, and Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish to win the titles in a Fatal 4-Way Ladder Match.
At the time, the titles were vacant by The Viking Raiders, who were the champions, as they were called up to the main roster during the Superstar Shake-Up and placed on the Monday Night RAW roster.
There was speculation that The Street Profits may have to drop the straps due to them being called up to the main roster on RAW but that’s not the case.
