Three more former WWE Superstars have filed a lawsuit against WWE over head trauma issues.
Luther Reigns (Matthew Wiese), Russ McCullough and Ryan Sakoda have filed a lawsuit against the company claiming that WWE “has for decades subjected its wrestlers to extreme physical brutality.” The lawsuit even asks for an injunction prohibiting WWE from subjecting wrestlers to these conditions.
“The WWE coerces its wrestlers to work while they are injured by, among other methods, threatening to strip them of their position within the organization if they refuse,” reads the lawsuit. It adds that wrestlers are “universally encouraged to ‘wrestle through the pain.'”
