Some interesting excerpts from Triple H’s interview with Alex McCarthy of talksport.com that will be released in full on Monday has surfaced online.
In this interview, Triple H talked about a report that Enzo Amore and Big Cass could be on their way back to WWE as well as Vince McMahon’s involvement with NXT.
First up is the theory that the WWE Chairman and CEO will get involved with NXT once the show starts airing on the USA Network starting September 18.
The reason for this theory is due to NXT now airing on network television and going up against AEW on TNT starting in October.
“Let’s be honest, there’s a lot of things that people like Dave say don’t make sense. In simple terms, he won’t be involved.”

Moving along to Amore and Cass, this report not only caught fans off guard by WWE officials as well. According to “The Game,” there is no interest on WWE’s end to bring back the former tag team.
“I immediately told our PR to shoot down the Enzo and Cass rumors. Absolutely zero interest. Congratulations to Enzo, I’m sure spreading rumors is working well for him but I want no part of it.”
It’s no secret that the two stars left the company on bad terms. Despite the fact that McMahon likes to bring back past stars even if they have a history with the company, many thought it was too soon for Amore and Cass to come back.
