Customers who purchased $35 in WWE merchandise could get an autograph from the SmackDown Superstar, but he arrived late and had to leave early for that night’s show while people waited in line. Things then got out of hand as he was leaving the discount department store as people began rushing towards him. Many people who didn’t get autographs subsequently asked for refunds on purchased merchandise.
