Update On Dean Ambrose’s WWE Return, Total Divas Rating For Sunday Night

– The season three premiere of WWE Total Divas on E! this past Sunday night drew 1.23 million viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research. The show faced strong competition in the form of NFL’s Sunday Night Football, which drew 21.20 million viewers. By comparison, the season three premiere edition of Total Divas drew along the lines of what the past seasons have drawn, as the season one premiere drew 1.3 million viewers back in July of 2013 and the season two premiere drew 1.072 million viewers.

– WWE is advertising Dean Ambrose for the September 22nd edition of RAW in Memphis, Tennessee. That is the post-Night Of Champions edition of the show, which has led to additional speculation that Ambrose may appear at next Sunday’s pay-per-view. As noted in the past, Ambrose is currently off filming the WWE Studios film “Lockdown,” which wraps up the day before Night Of Champions.
