Vin Diesel reportedly thinks he has what it takes to go one-on-one with The Great One. In a recent TMZ interview, UFC Welterweight Champion Tyron Woodley recalled Diesel approaching him to say that he could hold his own against Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
Woodley had previously made a comment that he would choose The Rock over Vin in a hypothetical one-on-one fight, but Diesel objected.
“Vin Diesel yelled at me yesterday at the party because I said in a fight versus him and The Rock, I gave it to The Rock,” Woodley told TMZ. “So he pulled up on me and said ‘come on man, I would flex on The Rock.’”
Diesel and the former WWF Champion are co-stars in the Fast & Furious franchise. Universal is reportedly planning a spinoff of the franchise that will focus on the characters of Johnson and Jason Statham.
