WWE decided to bring the match back for NXT TakeOver event that took place on November 18, 2017 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas and aired on the WWE Network. Sanity vs. Undisputed Era vs. Authors Of Pain & Roderick Strong served as the main event in the gimmick match at the event. For those who may not know, the gimmick match was originally used in the NWA and later held annually in WCW.
In regards to the next NXT TakeOver event, fans will have to wait for NXT TakeOver: Phoenix on Saturday, January 26, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona at the Talking Stick Resort Are
WWE holds NXT TV tapings on Wednesday, November 28th in Winter Park, Florida at full Sail University where WWE will have the fallout from this event as well as this match, so stayed tuned for that as it will see the latest development in the feud between these stars.
