WWE Superstars Announced For “Incredible Crossover” Show With Indy Promotion

WWE Teaming Up With WXW-C4

On Saturday, WWE announced via their official website and various social media channels that they will be teaming up with independent pro wrestling promotion WXW-C4 (World Xtreme Wrestling C4) for an “incredible crossover event.”

WWE announced that they will be partnering up with the Allentown, Pennsylvania-based indy promotion WXW-C4, which is run by WWE Hall Of Famers Samu and Afa Jr., for a special fundraising event with the proceeds being donated to Samu Anoa’i.

Samu is best known to WWE fans as one-half of The Headshrinkers tag-team, which also included Fatu, who would go on to perform as Rikishi later in his WWE career.

WWE.com released the following announcement this afternoon regarding next Wednesday’s Samu Anoa’i Transplant Fundraiser event:

WWE Superstars to be in Allentown, Pa. this Wednesday for incredible crossover event

Sports-entertainment enthusiasts in Allentown, Pa. are in for an incredible treat this Wednesday night when WWE and WXW-C4 come together for a great cause.

Samoa Joe, Kassius Ohno, Billy Kidman, WWE Hall of Famer Michael “P.S.” Hayes and more Superstars will be in attendance for a WXW-C4 fundraiser for Samu Anoa’i, remembered by WWE Universe members as Samu and one half of The Headshrinkers.
