Following the news that Hulk Hogan had made racist comments which ultimately led to him being fired from the WWE, it appears that the company isn’t stopping there.
It all began when Hulk Hogan was removed from the WWE website, his merchandise was removed from the WWE Shop and he was also removed from the Tough Enough page, among others.
PWInsider has since reported that the WWE have now gone on to inform partners and the like that all references to Hulk Hogan should be dropped immediately.
This includes all images of Hogan, all current and planned projects that have been licensed and goes as far as action figures and streaming music.
It’s understandable why WWE want to distance themselves from Hogan considering the amount of interest the story has gathered – and will continue to do in the coming days.
