WWE Heading To India For Live Events, Jinder Mahal Reacts

As expected, the WWE has announced that they will be returning to India for some Live Events in the midst of Jinder Mahal’s WWE Championship. The shows will take place in New Delhi at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium on Friday December 8th and Saturday December 9th. Here’s the WWE’s official press release, which includes a comment from Mahal:

“MUMBAI, India & STAMFORD, Conn. October 5, 2017 – WWE (NYSE: WWE) and Sony Pictures Networks India today announced that WWE LIVE will return to India with two shows in New Delhi at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium on Friday, December 8 and Saturday, December 9. Ticket information will be announced in the coming weeks.

“The shows will feature “The Modern-Day Maharaja”, current WWE Champion Jinder Mahal, who will be accompanied by The Singh Brothersâ„¢. In addition, WWE LIVE will feature WWE Superstars Roman Reignsâ„¢, Seth Rollinsâ„¢, Dean Ambroseâ„¢, Braun Strowmanâ„¢, Alexa Blissâ„¢, Sasha Banksâ„¢, and more.*
