WWE House Show Results (1/11): Glens Falls, New York

The following are results from the WWE live event in Glens Falls, New York. The event was held on Saturday, January 11, 2014.

– R-Truth def. Fandango in the opening match of the evening. There was a lot of dancing and comedy-style stuff in this one, which served as a decent way to open the show.

– Alexander Rusev def. Justin Gabriel. This match was actually pretty good, but the fans didn’t seem too aware of who the NXT star was. Gabriel had some impressive spots throughout the match, but came up short in the end as Rusev took the victory.

– Natalya & Emma def. AJ Lee & Tamina Snuka in Divas tag-team action. This was said to be pretty much exactly what you would expect. AJ was apparently pretty over in the building.

– Big E. Langston def. Damien Sandow in singles action to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Langston hit a bunch of power spots as he normally does in his match. Sandow had offense in spurts, but Langston pretty much picked up the easy win.

– The Usos def. Luke Harper & Erick Rowan of The Wyatt Family in tag-team action. The Wyatt Family entrance seemed to be cool to the fans in Glens Falls. There was a lot of heat for this match live in the building. In the end, The Usos got the 1-2-3.

– Wade Barrett def. The Miz in singles action. The Miz actually worked as a babyface throughout this match. Barrett had some decent heel heat from the fans. Barrett got the win in this one.

– Bray Wyatt def. Daniel Wyatt in a Steel Cage Match. Daniel Bryan was actually introduced as Daniel Wyatt according to our live correspondent. After the match, The Usos came out to try and save Daniel from a beatdown from The Wyatt Family, but he turned on them.

– CM Punk def. The Shield in a Three-On-One Handicap Match in the official main event of the evening. This was said to be one of the best matches on the card. In the end, Punk managed to get by all three members of The Shield and pick up the win.
