Brock Lesnar will defend the WWE Universal Championship against Braun Strowman in the main event of next month’s RAW-branded No Mercy pay-per-view.
Lesnar and Paul Heyman opened Monday’s RAW and gloated about Lesnar’s victory in the Fatal 4 Way match at SummerSlam. Lesnar was interrupted by Strowman, who proceeded to manhandle The Beast like only he can.
Strowman delivered more punishment to Lesnar than anybody at SummerSlam and poses the biggest threat to his Universal title reign. Lesnar ultimately pinned Roman Reigns to retain his title on Sunday night, but the Beast will have nowhere to hide in less than five weeks.
WWE No Mercy takes place on Sunday night, September 24th from Los Angeles, CA at the STAPLES Center.
