The road to WWE Tables, Ladders & Chairs continues tonight when RAW emanates from Denver, Colorado at the Pepsi Center.
As WWE announced over the weekend, SmackDown Live’s Tom Philips will be replacing Michael Cole tonight, as Cole is attending his son’s wedding.
The top match advertised for RAW will see Roman Reigns challenging The Miz for the Intercontinental Championship. Last week, RAW opened with Miz TV with special guest, Roman Reigns. The segment ended badly for the Big Dog, with Miz, Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel attacking Reigns and leaving him for dead. The trio stood over the fallen Reigns and mocked The Shield’s fist bump. Will we see more references to The Shield tonight ahead of their rumored reunion at TLC on 10/22?
Also tonight, Seth Rollins faces Braun Strowman. The Monster Among Men made quick work of Curt Hawkins last week, which prompted Dean Ambrose to step up and test himself against RAW’s most deadly force. It didn’t go well for the Lunatic Fringe and Seth Rollins vowed to get revenge on behalf of his tag team partner.
How will Mickie James react to RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss calling her an old lady last week? Bliss brought Mickie James back to WWE earlier this year. Based on their current situation, Bliss may be regretting the decision.
After Neville destroyed Enzo Amore in the closing segment of last week’s RAW, Enzo returned the favor on 205 Live by attacking the former King of the Cruiserweight. How will the Cruiserweight Champion react tonight?
