Monday’s WWE RAW from Anaheim California averaged 2,903,000 viewers, down from the previous week’s Labor Day edition (2,932,000).

RAW featured stiff competition from Week 1 of Monday Night Football on ESPN. The two NFL games did 11.4 million and 9.9 million viewers, respectively.

RAW featured John Cena vs. Braun Strowman in the main event, their first singles match together, Cena’s latest verbal altercation with Roman Reigns plus appearances from Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and his advocate, Paul Heyman.
