WWE star Mickie James has been unfortunately dealing with an injury that will cause her to undergo the knife.
The future WWE Hall of Famer is slated to undergo knee surgery on Tuesday. Her husband, Nick Aldis, announced the news in order to rectify the issue that James has been dealing with in a recent post on his official Twitter account.
He wrote, “Please keep @MickieJames in your thoughts and prayers as she prepares for knee surgery tomorrow morning. She’s a warrior. She’ll be back.”
Back in June, James lost to Carmella in a singles match in Waco, TX at the Extraco Events Center where fans in attendance noted that James appeared to suffer a knee injury, which turned out to be true.
At the time, F4Wonline.com confirmed that James was injured during the match as the injury was listed in WWE’s newest internal injury report. James hasn’t worked a match since then. James later stated that she would be out for a while.
James has been a key veteran in the women’s division by helping the young stars progress. We wish her a speedy recovery.
