WWE are currently holding their Royal Rumble Axxess weekend with NXT Takeover, Worlds Collide and the Rumble itself as the main attractions. The company confirmed last week that NXT UK would be taping some upcoming shows from Axxess for the weekly show.
Here’s the spoiler results for Day 1 of the tapings, including dark matches/segments:
- Heavy Machinery b. Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner (dark match)
- NXT UK Match: Noam Dar b. Jordan Devlin – Dar took the win with an assist from Travis Banks. There was also a post-match brawlÂ
- NXT UK Match: Jinny b. Mia Yim
- Samoa Joe came out and praised the NXT UK brand, and commented on how he will win the Royal Rumble on Sunday (dark segment)
- Kacy Catanzaro b. Reina Gonzalez (dark match)
- Tony Nese b. Mark Andrews (dark match)
- NXT UK Match: Dave Mastiff b. Riddick Moss
- NXT UK Match: Travis Banks b. Fabian Aichner
- NXT UK Match: Trent Seven b. Shane Thorne – WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne appeared after the match to cut a promo
