Original Plans for WWE Raw Main Event

WWE didn’t always have IYO SKY vs. Alexa Bliss planned as the main event of this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw.

The former NXT Women’s Champion went over Bliss in the headliner of Raw’s Extreme Rules go-home edition. Fightful Select reported today that at one point, the plan was to close the show with AJ Styles and Rey Mysterio vs. The Judgment Day.

However, plans changed with Finn Balor and Damian Priest’s win over Styles and Mysterio being booked as the show opener. There’s no word yet on why the plans were changed.

The Fiend Concept Artist Teases Design For The White Rabbit

WWE has given us a new mystery.

For the last few weeks the company has been playing Jefferson Airplane’s “White Rabbit” at house shows and during commercial breaks of television tapings. This has prompted fans to turn on their cell-phone flashlights similar to how they use to for former WWE superstar Bray Wyatt, with many believing that the song is signaling the Eater of Worlds inevitable return. A recent fan theory added more fuel to this speculation, but now a bigger tease has been released online, one that may indicate what is to come.

Artist Kyle A. Scarborough, who has had his work showcased in WWE, AEW, NJPW, IMPACT, NOAH, and non-wrestling related markets, took to his personal Twitter today and shared an original image of what appears to be…a White Rabbit. Hidden under Scarborough’s code reads the words “Feed Your Head,” which is the final line in the Jefferson Airplane song. WWE Fans in particular remember Scarborough as he designed the mask for Wyatt’s alter ego, The Fiend.

Wyatt was released by WWE back in July of 2021, one of the more shocking cuts the company made considering Wyatt’s popularity and ability to move merchandise. He had been paired with Alexa Bliss at that time, who herself, dropped a White Rabbit hint on Monday’s edition of Raw. You can read about that here.

Did You Catch Alexa Bliss’ White Rabbit Reference on WWE Raw?

It looks like fans will soon see a different side of the Alexa Bliss character on WWE television.

During Monday Night Raw, Bayley did a promo segment where she ripped Bliss for being a shell of herself before defeating Bliss during the main event. In the match, the announcers were pointing out that Bliss was not putting everything she had into the match with the idea that she had lost a step into the ring. The lights went out briefly during the main event.

A Change Coming for Alexa Bliss?

Alexa Bliss

Bliss dropped the supernatural aspects of her gimmick earlier this year after portraying a similar gimmick to Bray Wyatt’s character. WWE has been doing a storyline with Bliss where she has been floundering on Raw.

Bliss said in the promo segment that Bayley was acting “like you’re 10 Feet Tall.” In the White Rabbit song, there is a lytic that states, “Go ask Alice, When she’s ten feet tall.”

As previously noted, WWE showed a QR code during a backstage segment with Austin Theory. The company did another White Rabbit tease during a Raw commercial break, dimming the lights in the arena.

Many fans believe the song could be used for Karrion Kross or Bray Wyatt because Wyatt recently had talks with WWE about a possible return, and Kross was known as The White Rabbit when he was in Lucha Underground.

Some fans take that Bliss line as an indication that Wyatt is returning and aligning himself with Bliss.

Alexa Bliss is Confident She is WWE Hall of Famer Material

For the past two years, Alexa Bliss has been one of WWE’s most prominently featured Superstars.

In mid-2020, Bliss became part of Bray Wyatt’s ‘The Fiend’ storyline, which she kept going after the former Universal Champion’s release in July 2021.

Before being involved with The Fiend, Bliss saw success in both singles and tag-team action.

The first woman to hold both the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championships, Bliss is a former Women’s Tag Team Champion and captured the 24/7 Championship earlier this year.

Hall of Famer

With her memorable storylines and championship reigns, it’s easy for Bliss to be considered a future WWE Hall of Famer.

Speaking on the MackMania podcast, Alexa was asked whether she thinks she deserves to join the likes of Chyna, Mae Young, Trish Stratus, and Lita (via Sportskeeda.)

“I think on paper, yes. On paper, I could be a Hall of Famer, 100%. You know, I’ve been very fortunate with the opportunities I’ve had in WWE, especially in my first couple of years on the roster.”

Bliss gave no indication as to who could induct her when she becomes a WWE Hall of Famer.

An Entire Class

Alexa Bliss sees herself as a future WWE Hall of Famer, but she’s not the only current Superstar worthy of the honor.

In that same interview, the former Women’s Champion also praised WWE’s current women’s roster.

“On paper our whole women’s division technically yes, could be Hall of Famers.”

Alexa Bliss on the current WWE’s Women’s division.

WWE boasts an impressive women’s roster, including Charlotte Flair, who holds the record for the most Women’s Title reigns ever, as well as Becky Lynch, the first (and to-date only) woman to hold the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championships simultaneously.

Alexa Bliss Just Won her First Championship in Over Two Years

For many members of the WWE Universe, Alexa Bliss is a highlight of the company’s weekly programming.

Having joined the main roster in 2016, Bliss captured the SmackDown Women’s Championship that same year, and would become Raw Women’s Champion the following year.

In 2019 and 2020, Bliss would capture the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships with Nikki A.S.H, then Nikki Cross, completing the main-roster WWE triple crown.

A New Champion

Bliss may have held gold in the past, but the past few years have seen Bliss appear without championship gold.

That dry streak ended during this week’s Raw, as Bliss captured, albeit briefly the 24/7 Championship.

During a six-woman tag that saw Bliss, Asuka and Dana Brooke face Nikki A.S.H, Doudrop and Tamina Snuka, several title changes took place.

First, Akira Tozawa pinned Brooke to win the title, before Nikki pinned him to win the gold.

Bliss would pin her former Tag Team partner to win, marking her first reign as WWE 24/7 Champion.

Alexa’s reign was ended quickly by Doudrop, who would lose the title to Tamina before Brooke regained the gold, ending the title changes.

Bliss’ win marks the end of a 783-day title drought for the Raw Superstar.

Bliss’ two-year drought

Bliss may have spent over two years without a single championship to her name, but she was also featured in one of WWE’s biggest storylines during that time.

After losing the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships, Bliss would enter a program with Bray Wyatt, before turning on the former Universal Champion at WrestleMania 37.

Alexa Bliss Addresses Money In The Bank Botches

The women’s Money In The Bank match this year made more headlines for various botches and missteps than anything else but Alexa Bliss feels what’s important is that they are all safe.

The former women’s champion recently had an interview with Metro. She talked about WWE’s most recent PPV in detail.

Speaking about the criticism their ladder match received, Bliss claimed that all the competitors felt good after the match and they are all safe.

“Everyone felt good, we’re all safe – which is what’s important, It was a chaotic day from start to finish. We all got through it, we all had fun. We were all really happy for Liv – it’s her time, it’s long overdue.”

https://twitter.com/AuthorAnutosh/status/1549237049672466432

The one thing that did get a positive reaction was Liv Morgan’s win. Alexa Bliss mentioned that the match wouldn’t have been perceived as well if someone else had won the whole thing:

“If it was anyone else, I don’t think the match would have [been] perceived as well. We wanted to see Liv win, and the crowd wanted to see Liv win. She’s the choice,”

Bliss also discussed how Morgan deserves the win and the spot she is in now. The Goddess mentioned that the current SmackDown women’s champion has trained very hard and she is very passionate about what she does.

What Did Bray Wyatt tell Alexa Bliss Before his WWE Release?

In July 2021, WWE shocked fans by releasing Bray Wyatt, bringing the three-time former World Champion’s lengthy run with the company to an end.

Since returning as the leader of the Firefly Fun House in 2019, Wyatt had become one of the company’s most popular stars, and that support only grew after the debut of his ‘The Fiend’ alter-ego.

Prior to his release, Wyatt worked closely with Alexa Bliss on-screen, who had been corrupted by his dark character.

Bliss would ultimately turn on Wyatt, costing him his match against Randy Orton at WrestleMania 37, Bray’s most recent match to date.

Bray’s Last Words

After Wyatt was released, many fans got angry at Alexa Bliss, who they accused of having ‘stolen’ The Fiend character from him.

While Bliss did keep using her ‘Dark Alexa’ persona, this wasn’t a dig at Wyatt.

Instead, the former Raw Women’s Champion explained to Metro UK how Wyatt gave her some sage words of wisdom prior to his release (via Wrestling Inc.)

“Before he left, he just said, ‘Keep it alive, keep it going’, so I took that to heart and tried to keep it alive and going.”

Alexa Bliss shares Bray Wyatt’s last words to her,

Bliss has since ditched the ‘Dark Alexa’ persona but still carries Lilly to the ring.

Bray’s Next Move

Bray Wyatt hasn’t wrestled or even appeared for any other company since his WWE release which took place nearly one year ago.

However, Wyatt has said he “often” thinks about his return to wrestling, and has insisted that he’s not done in the ring yet.

Alexa Bliss “Very Sad” She no Longer Works with Released WWE star

Alexa Bliss has been with WWE for many years now, and has seen plenty of Superstars come and go.

Since April 2020, WWE has cut Superstars in droves in the name of budget cuts, with multiple former World Champions being cut.

Seeing your colleagues and friends lose their jobs has understandably been difficult for the remaining locker room and there’s one name Bliss especially misses.

Bliss and Bray Wyatt

Speaking on the Out of Character podcast, Bliss recalled working with Bray Wyatt, her brought out a darker character in her in mid-2020.

Bliss said how she loved working with Wyatt and it is unfortunate that he’s no longer with the company.

“Oh my gosh. Working with The Fiend, with Windham was the most fun I’ve ever had in my entire WWE career. He is so brilliant with his creativity and he puts so much effort into his character. So much research. It made me wanna step my game up, 100%. Being like, ‘Okay, he puts this much thought to his character. I need to put twice as much thought in mine.'”

She continued, “Because when you step into someone else’s gimmick, you don’t want to bring it down. So I put in so much effort into that and protecting the character, protecting when we did the Firefly Fun House. It was so fun. It’s very sad that we don’t work together anymore, because it was so much fun. I think the WWE Universe saw how much fun we’re having.”

“It’s very sad that we don’t work together anymore.”

Alexa Bliss on not working with Bray Wyatt anymore.

Wyatt was released from WWE in July 2021, a decision that shocked fans given the popularity of his ‘The Fiend’ character.

He has yet to appear for any other major wrestling promotion.

Alexa Bliss ‘Didn’t Care’ About The Negative Reaction To Her Dark Persona

When Alexa Bliss took on the persona of The Fiend and became the Dark Alexa, the online wrestling community did not react to it lightly. Fans slammed this idea from the company hard and many criticized WWE for putting Bliss into such a storyline. However, according to the former Women’s Champion herself, she didn’t pay much attention to it because she was having too much fun.

The WWE star recently appeared on Ryan Satin’s Out Of Character podcast. Speaking about the negative reaction to her Playground character, the female star explained why she didn’t pay much attention to it:

‘I Don’t Care’: Alexa Bliss

“So with anything with the Playground Alexa, Lily stuff. There are so many negative comments. From the day I started, till even now. People just hate on it so much. But when I was in that persona, I didn’t care. Because I was having so much fun.” said Alexa Bliss, “People were investing because they were buying the Lily dolls, girl were dressing up as Dark Alexa, [both] guys and girls. That’s what I pay attention to.

She continued: “I don’t pay attention a lot to the negative comments on wrestling Twitter because I feel like you go to Twitter sometimes when you’re looking to read negative stuff. because I feel like 90% of it’s negative. So most of the time I’ll like take some of it into consideration but with that persona, With the Dark Alexa? No. Because I was having so much fun. I knew where I was going with it, my vision, I was having fun and being entertained by it. The fact that I would resonate with children so much is what made me not really pay attention to the negativity online.”

Alexa Bliss has “Fun” Future Goal Outside of the Ring

Since debuting in WWE, Alexa Bliss has proven herself to be a formidable contender in the ring.

One of a small handful of women to have held the Raw Women’s Title, SmackDown Women’s Title, and WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles, Bliss is also a former Ms. Money in the Bank.

Bliss has accomplished much more than others in WWE, but the Raw Superstar has plans outside of the ring.

Bliss’ new career goal

On Twitter, Bliss expressed her desire to voice an animated character saying that it would be “so much fun.”

Bliss earned a ton of responses, with many calling on her to try and get a role in a Disney or Pixar movie.

Another suggested Bliss voice DC Comics character Harley Quinn, who Bliss used as inspiration for her Backlash 2016 ring-attire.

At least one person suggested that the Raw Superstar obtain her release from WWE in order to be able to control what kind of roles she can go for.

Bliss outside of the Ring

Alexa Bliss may be best known for her role as a WWE Superstar, but a career away from wrestling isn’t too far-fetched.

In 2017, Bliss joined E!’s Total Divas and has made regular appearances on Xavier Woods’ UpUpDownDown YouTube channel, under the name Miss Bliss.

In early 2020, Bliss appeared in a music video for Bowling for Soup, her favorite band, which made a song dedicated to and named after her.

A year later, Bliss would appear alongside Charlotte Flair on an episode of Punky Brewster.

Alexa Bliss Responds to Rumors of Possible Tag Team with Liv Morgan

Alexa Bliss is no stranger to tag teams and many are wondering if she’ll be aligned with Liv Morgan in the near future.

On the June 6 episode of Monday Night Raw, Bliss competed in a fatal four-way match to determine the number one contender for the Raw Women’s Championship.

Morgan was also in the match and there were many moments where she and Bliss worked together against Rhea Ripley and Doudrop. Ultimately, Rhea won the match.

Liv & Bliss?

During an interview for WWE Deutschland, Alexa Bliss responded to rumors of her possibly teaming with Liv Morgan and whether or not she’d be interested:

“Of course. My past has shown that I don’t do too well with tag teams. Somehow, I always end up having major falling outs with my tag team partners. But I think it would be a lot of fun to tag with Liv, especially ’cause she’s super talented.

“We’ve all seen videos of her in the ring. She gets this energy from somewhere I don’t even know, because I drink so much caffeine a day and I still can’t get to her level of energy, so kudos for that.

“She’s super talented… yeah, it would be a lot of fun to tag with Liv and it was fun working with her in the Fatal Four-Way match.

“Sometimes, even though you’re against someone you gotta work with them to take down the people who are a little bit stronger, a little bit more powerful, but, yeah, I think it would be a lot of fun.”

Alexa Bliss Reveals Her Ideal WrestleMania Main Event

The women’s revolution has led to some major changes in the treatment of female competitors in WWE. One such big change is women being allowed to main event WrestleMania. However, Alexa Bliss feels that only a few competitors have been able to get this chance. Her ideal WrestleMania main event would be a multi-women match, representing competitors from past and present.

The former women’s champion recently appeared on WWE – Die Woche. She first named Rhea Ripley as her dream opponent. When asked if she would like to face Ripley in the main event of WrestleMania next year, Bliss replied positively. Though she claimed that her ideal Mania main event would include more than two women:

“If I was main eventing WrestleMania, my ideal match would be a multi-women match. Because, there’s a couple women who have been able to main event WrestleMania.” said Alexa Bliss, “But I would love for it to be a lot of the roster kind of thing, the women’s roster.

She continued: “Because it took the whole women’s roster, past, present and future to get to that point where women can main event WrestleMania. So I would love to see all the women kind of have that moment together.”

WWE Teases New Tag Team on Monday Night Raw

WWE may be forming a new tag team on the Raw brand.

It’s no secret that the WWE women’s tag team division is lacking. This was evident even before Sasha Banks and Naomi made their abrupt exit from the May 16 episode of Raw.

Now that the tag titles are vacant and WWE plans to run a tournament, the lack of depth is even more prevalent.

Alexa Bliss & Liv Morgan Forming Team?

During the June 6 episode of WWE Raw, Alexa Bliss and Liv Morgan competed in a fatal four-way to determine the number one contender for Bianca Belair’s Raw Women’s Championship. Also involved in the match were Rhea Ripley and Doudrop.

Ripley ultimately won the match but fans took notice of potential team chemistry brewing between Alexa and Liv.

The two were working together quite often throughout the match and appeared to enjoy the success they were having.

Late last month, it was reported by Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer that the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title tournament was essentially “dead in the water” due to a lack of teams.

If the teamwork from Alexa and Liv is any indication, the company may be looking to add depth to the division.

Alexa Bliss Tells Corey Graves “Stay in Your Lane” After WWE Raw Criticism

WWE Raw Superstar Alexa Bliss has fired back at Corey Graves’ recent comments about her, telling the commentator to “stay in your lane.”

During last week’s Raw, Bliss faced her former tag-team partner Nikki A.S.H and defeated the Scottish Superstar after Twisted Bliss.

On commentary, Graves said it felt like Bliss was in “cruise control” and lacked urgency.

Responding on Twitter, Bliss didn’t tag Graves but referenced his line in the caption.

Corey Graves on Commentary

Bliss is the latest star to hit out at Graves’ comments, but she’s by far not the only person with an issue with him.

Graves has faced criticism for his comments earlier this month following Sasha Banks and Naomi’s walk-out during the May 16, 2022, episode of Raw.

On the show, he said the pair had acted “unprofessionally,” though fellow commentator Jimmy Smith has defended Graves, saying the former Superstar was told to read the line.

Last December, former NXT on-air talent Alyssa Marino spoke out against Graves’ commentary, claiming he couldn’t focus on the match and was instead “constantly commenting on the appearances of competitors.”

On the October 4, 2021 Raw, Graves called the action for a match between Dana Brooke and Shayna Baszler and had some harsh words for Brooke.

Graves said that Brooke “hasn’t accomplished much of anything” and questioned whether she should ‘cut her losses,’ suggesting that she should leave WWE, if not wrestling altogether.

Alexa Bliss Turns To Police After Creep Threatens Her Life

WWE superstar Alexa Bliss has been threatened by a deranged fan online and she has turned in threatening messages to the authorities.

Bliss has been on the receiving end of some alarming messages from lunatics in the past. At one point, she even stepped away from social media after some were constantly bashing her over her relationship with now-husband Ryan Cabrera.

Things have gotten far worse as Instagram user, jpeak5402, has been sending concerning comments on Alexa’s Instagram page.

Alexa revealed that the user sent people DMs threatening to shoot her and her husband. Alexa Bliss said that she has turned in those DMs to the police.

Despite this, the fan continues to go unhinged on social media:

“@alexa_bliss_wwe_ got you on that hush mode now hahahaha

“@alexa_bliss_wwe_ so you can’t stop me there what you going to do put an restraining order on me that’s not goin to work cause you can’t do that sweetheart nice try tho

“@alexa_bliss_wwe_ I’m still going to talk to your ex matt [Buddy Matthews] you can’t stop me to talk to him hell he has a better woman than you and you can’t stop that

“@alexa_bliss_wwe_ plus for your information I took my daughter bliss stuff including that dumb ass doll of yours I burned everything of your merchandise my daughter doesn’t know and you can’t stop that I should I have sent you the video hahahaha”

This isn’t the first time a woman on the WWE roster has had to deal with some creep online.

Sonya Deville had a stalker situation where a man, Phillip A. Thomas, entered her home with a knife, plastic zip ties, duct tape, and mace.

Alexa Bliss Shows Off New Tattoo

Alexa Bliss has revealed a new tattoo that matches ink with her husband Ryan Cabrera.

Last month, the former Raw Women’s Champion tied the knot with her musician husband during a ceremony at Kempa Villa in Palm Desert, California.

In a tweet, Bliss showed off her new ink: a black heart with caricatures of both her and her husband.

Cabrera’s arm can also be seen in the image with the same tattoo.

Bliss’ return to WWE

Alexa Bliss bursts back into action: WWE Elimination Chamber 2022 (WWE Network Exclusive) - YouTube
After weeks of therapy sessions removing the supernatural aspects of her character, Bliss returned as that character in the 2022 Women’s Elimination Chamber match.

Despite being one of the most popular female Superstars in recent years, Alexa Bliss has had a strange time as of late.

In September 2021, Bliss went on a lengthy hiatus due to needing time off to recover from sinus surgery.

After a lengthy absence, Bliss returned in January, appearing in a series of therapy segments that seemed to end her supernatural character.

Competing at the 2022 Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event, Bliss returned to that character and was reportedly frustrated with the lack of creative direction for her.

Bliss returned to WWE TV this week ditching her supernatural character, but still carried Lilly to the ring.

Alexa Bliss Returns On WWE Raw With Her Old Gimmick

Alexa Bliss has returned once again after being on hiatus as she appeared on Monday’s episode of WWE Raw to take on Sonya Deville.

Adam Pearce announced that Deville’s “WWE Official” contract has been terminated and now she is just a competitor. Bliss is back to her old gimmick and theme music.

Bliss hadn’t been seen on WWE television since the Elimination Chamber event in Saudi Arabia earlier this year where she worked the Women’s Elimination Chamber match.

This was her second hiatus from WWE TV as last year, she disappeared from WWE television after losing to Charlotte Flair at Extreme Rules to undergo sinus surgery, but was brought back in January where she did several vignettes. The Chamber bout was the only match she had worked since her return.

As previously reported, Bliss voiced her displeasure following the Elimination Chamber about the lack of creative plans for her.  Fightful added Bliss had communicated her frustration surrounding the lack of creative for her character to Vince McMahon himself.

Bliss recently got married to singer Ryan Cabrera

Alexa Bliss “Just Waiting on the Call” to Return to WWE

Alexa Bliss is eager to return to WWE. She’s just “wain’ on that call.”

The new Mrs. Cabrera spoke with “Street journalist” Adam Glyn this week and spoke about her recent wedding to Ryan Cabrera, when she expects to return to WWE and how she feels about Vince McMahon.

Bliss got married earlier this month at Kempa Villa in Palm Desert, California. Two weeks later, she’s still on a ‘high’ and wishes she could relive the day over and over again. She also wishes she could go on multiple honeymoon vacations, “but no, I gotta’ go back to work.”

Alexa Bliss has been off WWE television for months. As one of the most popular Superstars on the entire roster, there’s an army of fans wondering when she’ll be back in action.

According to Bliss, she’s been ready for over two months.

“Hopefully soon. I’m just waitin’ on the call. Been ready to go since before Saudi Arabia.”

– Alexa Bliss

Elsewhere during the conversation, Bliss named Trish Stratus as her dream opponent and said she was most starstruck when meeting The Rock.

She told a funny anecdote about her most embarrassing moment in the ring:

“My shorts were on backwards and Mickie James had to tell me in the ring that my shorts were on backwards, and during a commercial break, I had to run back to Gorilla and change them out and run back out.”

She also revealed she still gets nervous around WWE boss Vince McMahon, who she calls amazing, incredible and super-personable. “But obviously, yah, you should be. He has such an amazing presence. It’s always a little nerve-racking talking to Vince, but he’s great.”

Alexa Bliss Frustrated With Lack Of WWE Creative Direction (Report)

Alexa Bliss returned to WWE TV in January after being sidelined for several months and was last seen while competing in the women’s Elimination Chamber match. However, she once again disappeared from TV because she reportedly was preparing for her wedding. Bliss is currently on her honeymoon.

Bliss filmed up to 9 vignettes in January for her return which culminated in her competing at the Chamber event, according to Fightful. At that point, there was no substantial creative direction for Bliss.

Bliss expressed interest in working WrestleMania and there were pitches to involve her in Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair’s match, but they were quickly shot down.

According to talent and creative, “it became known Bliss voiced her displeasure in the days following Elimination Chamber about her creative direction or lack thereof.”

It’s unclear whether those WrestleMania pitches came from Bliss or someone in creative, but at the end of February, it was pretty well determined internally that Bliss would not be featured on WrestleMania.

The priority of booking Bliss shifted significantly after the vignettes. It was said “talent and creative were told that Bliss was very transparent about frustration that nothing of substance had been booked after being out of action for half a year. “

There has been backstage talk that Bliss voiced her frustration to Vince McMahon. Despite not being used, she’s listed internally as the number two babyface on the depth chart for the Raw women’s division.

Alexa Bliss and Ryan Cabrera Married on Saturday

WWE superstar Alexa Bliss and singer Ryan Cabrera were married on Saturday in a ceremony at Kempa Villa in Palm Desert, California.

People has an exclusive on the wedding as Bliss sat down with them for an interview to discuss the wedding two weeks ago. She called the wedding “non-traditional” and
“rockstar-themed.”

A friend of the couple owns the property in Palm Desert, and the two have been planning their wedding there since becoming engaged in late 2020.

“We were like, ‘Oh my God,’ it’s absolutely perfect,” Cabrera told People. “It’s absolutely gorgeous and nestled within the mountains. At the bottom, there are vineyards, and behind the house there’s a beautiful lake. It’s just far enough outside of Los Angeles, too.”

The guest list reportedly included 360 people, and Bliss and Cabrera deemed their wedding “the sh– show.” Literally. As guests arrived to the wedding, they were met with a giant light up sign that said “Welcome to the sh– show.”

Bliss walked down the aisle to Cabrera’s song “Worth It.”

Reported Reason for Alexa Bliss Being Absent from WWE TV

Alexa Bliss has notably been absent from WWE TV for the past several weeks. Bliss hasn’t been on WWE programming since the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event.

According to a report from PWInsider, Bliss is currently preparing for her wedding with musician Ryan Cabrera. The wedding is slated to go down this weekend in California from an undisclosed location in Palm Springs. The location is being kept so tightly under wraps that those who will be attending won’t even know the location of the venue until closer to the time when it’s scheduled to begin.

Bliss has been dating Cabrera since 2019 after they were introduced by fellow WWE Superstar The Miz. They then got engaged in November of 2020. It will be interesting to see how much longer Bliss is kept off of WWE TV. Fans have been curious as to where the former RAW Women’s Champion has been for the past several weeks. Bliss hasn’t commented on the matter too much, except noting that she seems to be ready to go, and the ball is in WWE’s court.

In her absence, the WWE’s women’s division still seems to be in a very strong place. Bianca Belair recently defeated Becky Lynch for the RAW Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 38 this past weekend. Charlotte Flair successfully defended her SmackDown Live Women’s Title against the returning Ronda Rousey at “The Show Of Shows” as well.

And with Sasha Banks and Naomi currently reigning as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Alexa Bliss certainly has a stacked women’s division to return to when the time comes.

Alexa Bliss Responds To Rumors That She Trashed Ronda Rousey To Other WWE Stars

Alexa Bliss has poured cold water on a recent rumor involving her and Ronda Rousey.

A Twitter user caught wind of a rumor that claimed Bliss badmouthed Rousey behind her back in a group chat with other WWE talent. The rumor also claimed that Bliss took issue with Rousey for not being safe inside the ring.

Alexa Bliss Dismisses Rumor

Alexa Bliss took aim at the rumor and said she’s not even in a group chat outside of one for her bridal party.

“This is quite comical & not true. I’m only in one group chat & it’s with my bridal party. #keeptryingtrolls.”

In the past, Bliss has heaped praise on Ronda Rousey. Back in 2018, she appeared on the Cheap Seats Podcast and gushed over Rousey’s ability to fit in the wrestling industry so quickly (h/t Wrestling Inc).

“I am absolutely impressed, Bliss said. “She does really well at her facial expressions, which I appreciate because I am really big on facial expressions. It is really easy to appreciate the fact that you know she has been hit before, and you know that pain, you have that emotional connection to her one way or another when you watch her perform. I was very impressed with her match against Nia Jax, and also her match at WrestleMania with Stephanie McMahon and Triple H, it was just awesome. I am very proud of her and it’ll be fun to see where things go with that.”

Alexa Bliss Bachelorette Party Photos from Las Vegas

Alexa Bliss celebrated her bachelorette party this past weekend in Las Vegas.

A few pro wrestling personalities were in attendance, including former WWE stars Athena (Ember Moon) and Lina Fanene (Nia Jax).

Bliss is engaged to be married to pop star Ryan Cabrera. Alexa Bliss and Ryan Cabrera got engaged in November 2020. The happy couple is planning to get married this spring, some time after WrestleMania 38 weekend.

The bride-to-be posted some photos from the festivities, which you can see below. The bachelorette party included a pole dancing class, hitting a nightclub, karaoke and some good food.

She wrote on Instagram, “What an amazing weekend! Thank you to @joylynnjohnson & @chrisprovino for planning & organizing the best bachelorette weekend ever. my heart is so full with love & fun from the whole weekend! Had an amazing time @mandalaybay.”

WWE Trademark Indicates Character Change for Alexa Bliss

Alexa Bliss may be getting another character change in the near future.

Last Wednesday, January 19th, WWE submitted an application to trademark the name, “The Goddess.”

According to the United States Patent & Trademark Office database, the name would be used primarily for:

Alexa Bliss’ Supernatural character

Alexa Bliss used The Goddess moniker back in 2020, before she was possessed by The Fiend Bray Wyatt.

A lot has transpired since then, including the departure of Bray Wyatt and Charlotte Flair destroying Lilly, Bliss’ beloved doll.

Alexa Bliss took several months off from WWE television, but recently made her return. As part of her journey back to Raw, her supernatural character is undergoing therapy sessions.

Admit reports of WWE trademarking the name of her old Goddess character, Alexa Bliss tweeted that she likes to “evolve” and always move forward without taking steps backwards.

Alexa Bliss Teases Character Return on WWE RAW

WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss is set to make her return on WWE RAW tonight. The former RAW and SmackDown Women’s Champion will be making her return to the company after leaving following the Extreme Rules 2021 PPV event, where she lost to Charlotte Flair.

Bliss left the company reportedly to get sinus surgery, although it was played off in the storyline that Bliss could no longer appear on WWE programming after the destruction of her doll, Lily.

The former Women’s Champion alluded to The Fiend-esque character that she was playing prior to her leaving the company returning tonight on RAW.

Alexa Bliss Tweets

“Dear Monday Night RAW,” Alexa Bliss tweeted. “Starting tonight…she’s officially YOUR problem now. Good luck.”

It’s not confirmed if Bliss is referring to Lily, herself, or a different character that she will be portraying when she returns. There’s also a chance that Bliss could be coming back alongside another current WWE Superstar or someone from NXT 2.0, but that remains to be seen.

The tweet from Bliss showed her in the same gimmick that she was portraying just before she left WWE programming, but this may of course be a rouse from the former Women’s Champion.
