Zack Sabre Talks WWE CWC In New Documentary, Luke Harper, Big Cass

    – Below is a recent documentary from Suplex Apparel on Zack Sabre. He gave these comments on The WWE Cruiserweight Classic to their blog:

“It’s a genuine honor to be apart of a tournament of this kind. The cruiserweight style of wrestling has always had a profound influence on me, so competing alongside such a high standard of international talent is very special and also being able to represent the British Wrestling scene on a scale of this magnitude is huge for me.”

  • Enzo Amore Suffers Injury At WWE Payback

For those that watched WWE Payback live Sunday evening, Enzo Amore suffered a potentially-serious injury during the opening match of the pay-per-view.

The Vaudevillians were supposed to throw Amore underneath the bottom rope, but his neck and head hit the bottom rope and it appeared to snap his neck backwards. As soon as he hit the ground, Amore laid down without moving a muscle.

It only took WWE officials a few minutes to call the match immediately. Medical personnel hit the ring and immediately began treating Amore, while his tag-team partner, Big Cass, stood there hoping he was okay.

The latest update came straight from the WWE about 10-to-15 minutes after Amore was taken to the back.

Medical officials are now performing tests and Amore is able to move his arms and legs.

At this time, the injury isn’t serious, because there is truly no diagnosis. The fact that Amore can move his extremities and is able to talk is a great sign. Since that is the case, it’s unlikely any spinal damage was done. However, a concussion is a viable diagnosis.

Stay tuned with SE Scoops for the latest updates.

  • Enzo Amore & Big Cass Confront The Dudley Boyz In Main Roster Debut On RAW

Fan-favorites Enzo Amore and Big Cass made their main roster WWE debut on Monday night’s post-WrestleMania 32 edition of RAW in Dallas, Texas.

Following a tables match between The Dudley Boyz and The Usos, Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley refused to leave the ringside area. That was, however, until they were backed off by the former NXT tag-team.

Enzo and Cass debuted to a rock star reaction from the rowdy post-WrestleMania crowd and took part in a promo segment. Enzo Amore proceeded to blast both of the Dudley Boyz, mocking D-Von’s lazy eye and Bubba’s receeding hairline between warning them that he and Cass would “drop them like a deuce.”

The Dudley Boyz hit the ring like they were going to do something about all of the trash-talking that the NXT tag-team was delivering, but in true heel fashion, they backed off and retreated up the aisle instead.

Enzo Amore and Big Cass will now join the tag-team ranks on the main WWE roster after a successful run in NXT.

  • Enzo Amore, Big Cass & Carmella Make WWE Main Roster Debuts

Enzo Amore, Big Cass and Carmella appeared at Saturday night’s WWE live event from Odessa, Texas. This was the main roster debut for Amore and Big Cass. They defeated former NXT tag team The Ascension.

It’s worth noting that a correspondent who attended Saturday night’s NXT live event from West Palm Beach wrote in that Enzo and Cass had been advertised for that show.

There’s no word yet if they are booked for future WWE live events. Enzo and Cass have been considered ‘ready’ for the main roster for quite some time and are one of the most over acts on the NXT brand. WWE typically brings NXT talent to work live events to test them out for main roster call ups, so don’t be surprised to see the flamboyant trio on WWE television in the coming months.

    – Baron Corbin def. C.J. Parker in a quick squash match that lasted all of 29 seconds.

He poured the bucket on Louis and Louis ran off.

    – Backstage, Enzo Amore and Big Cass wanted to see somebody bald. They found Louis and Lefort ran away, leaving him alone yet again. Cass attacked him and carried him to the ring. Cass hit him with a reverse atomic drop and Amore took the towel off that was covering his head, revealing that he only had a little bit of hair left and no eyebrows.

    – Charlotte def. Bayley to retain the NXT Women’s Championship. The finish saw Charlotte hit a moonsault, followed by a neck-snapper for the pin. After the match, Sasha Banks came out and taunted Bayley and then attacked her. Charlotte ended up making the save.

    – It was announced that Hideo Itami (formerly known as KENTA) will be making his in-ring debut on NXT TV next week, which is actually being taped on Saturday night, September 12th.

    – Adrian Neville def. Tyler Breeze, Sami Zayn & Tyson Kidd to retain the NXT Championship. The finish saw Neville hit his spectacular Red Arrow on Kidd for the pin after Zayn had hit the running kick into the corner and had the match won, but Neville pulled the referee out of the ring so he couldn’t make the three count.
