Undertaker And Partners To Face The Wyatt Family In Elimination Match At Survivor Series?

WWE is focusing the advertising for the November 22nd Survivor Series pay-per-view on the fact that it will be The Undertaker’s 25th anniversary at the annual event. You can check out the video promo for Survivor Series 2015 below.

Based on the finish of last night’s Hell In A Cell pay-per-view, it looks like Undertaker will be facing the four members of The Wyatt Family in a traditional Survivor Series elimination match.

Last night’s show ended with Taker losing to Brock Lesnar in their “Final Battle” inside Hell In A Cell, and then Bray Wyatt, Braun Strowman, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan dragged “The Dead Man” to the back after attacking him.

Howard Finkel Offers Predictions For Tonight’s WWE Hell In A Cell PPV

The official WWE website has a new article up where WWE Hall Of Famer Howard Finkel and ECW Original Joey Styles offer their predictions for tonight’s WWE Hell In A Cell pay-per-view.

Below are the predictions “The Fink” offered for the Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt and Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar matches.

On Reigns vs. Wyatt: “Their differences are varied by nature, but their goals are similar in scope: To do a number on their opponent. With no Wyatt Family members running interference, the advantage should favor Reigns. But I look for Wyatt to turn it up a few notches and score the victory! WINNER: Bray Wyatt”

On Undertaker vs. Lesnar: “There is no love lost between these two iconic figures. When the dust settles, Brock Lesnar will come out the victor, in what should be a match for the ages! WINNER: Brock Lesnar”

Erick Rowan Returns On RAW, Tommaso Ciampa Denies WWE Rumors, Foley/Rose

– Erick Rowan made his WWE television return at Monday’s WWE Hell In A Cell “go-home” edition of RAW. Rowan returned early into the show during a segment where Roman Reigns brawled with the Wyatt Family. He returned later in the show for the main event, which saw him team with Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman to take on the team of Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins.

– There was an exchange between WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley and WWE Superstar Adam Rose on Twitter on Monday where each guy put over the other guy. The exchange got started after Rose was asked by a fan who his biggest inspiration was. Rose was quick to respond, “Mick Foley. In and out of the ring.” Foley responded to Rose’s tweet by saying, “Thank you. It doesn’t get much better than having the respect and admiration of your colleagues.”

– Although it has been rumored that highly-regarded independent wrestler Tommaso Ciampa has signed with WWE, Ciampa is claiming otherwise. As we reported via F4WOnline.com earlier today, as of Sunday, Ciampa had yet to officially sign the dotted line on an actual WWE contract. Ciampa wrote the following on social media regarding the rumors.

  • Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt Confirmed For WWE Hell In A Cell

As previously reported during this week’s edition of SmackDown Roman Reigns challenged Bray Wyatt to a Hell in a Cell match at the Hell in a Cell PPV on the 25th of October. WWE has since confirmed the match will be taking place inside the HIAC structure. From WWE.com:

“Their brawls have smashed through ringside barricades and shattered announce tables, but on Sunday, Oct. 25, Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt will fight to a finish inside Hell in a Cell, live on WWE Network. The match will be both Superstars’ first voyage into the career-changing structure.

With the Cell door locked, no other Superstars will be able to enter the fray, raising the stakes for this deeply personal rivalry. In the past months, the Reigns-Wyatt beef has at times teetered on full-blown turf-war status, entangling Dean Ambrose, Luke Harper, Braun Strowman and even Chris Jericho. At WWE Hell in a Cell, however, Reigns and Wyatt will be left entirely to their own devices….

Who will emerge from the inhospitable Hell in a Cell as the clear victor? Watch the brutal conflict when it airs live from Los Angeles’ STAPLES Center Sunday, Oct. 25, only on the award-winning WWE Network.”

Spoiler – Another Hell In A Cell Match Announced

It was announced at Tuesday night’s SmackDown tapings from Albany that Roman Reigns will face Bray Wyatt inside Hell in a Cell at the October 25th pay-per-view. (SmackDown Spoilers)

Their match on RAW was hyped as the blowoff to their feud, but this rivalry continues for at least another month.

The only other match confirmed for the show is Brock Lesnar vs. The Undertaker, also inside the Cell. Click here to find out who is favored to win that match according to the opening betting odds.

Chris Jericho Being Reigns & Ambrose’s Mystery Partner: “I was ready for Jericho. He is a familiar foe. He is a legend and icon in his own right. Unfortunately I knew that we were invulnerable right now.”

Original Plans For Mystery Partner In Night Of Champions Six-Man Tag-Team Match

As reported this weekend, WWE is teasing a six-man tag-team match with a mystery partner at the WWE Night Of Champions pay-per-view.

Originally, the man expected to fulfill the role as the third “mystery” member of the team of Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose to take on The Wyatt Family trio consisting of Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Braun Strowman, was “The Icon” Sting.

Instead, as noted in our original report, the leading candidate at this point as the mystery member of the Reigns-Ambrose team is none other than former Wyatt Family member Erick Rowan.

It should be noted that until further notice, this should be taken strictly as speculation at this point.

Bray Wyatt Dealing With A Shoulder Injury

Bray Wyatt has been dealing with a shoulder injury, according to WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair on this week’s episode of the WOOOOO! Nation podcast.

Wyatt has not been wrestling much over the past few weeks, but did face Roman Reigns in a street fight after Tuesday’s SmackDown tapings from Miami, Florida. Reigns won.

Flair’s podcast guest this week is Vince Russo. You can listen now at Play.it.

Vince Russo Says WWE Has Failed Miserably With Bray Wyatt

Former WWE, WCW and TNA writer Vince Russo has posted a new blog entry discussing the way WWE has booked Bray Wyatt. More specifically, Russo says WWE creative has “failed Bray Wyatt miserably” and there’s no excuse for how badly they’ve dropped the ball with him. Say what you want about Russo’s booking history, he makes some good points of what could have been with Bray’s character.

    “Listen, I’m not by any means implying that writing a weekly, three-hour wrestling show is an easy job, because it’s not. And, if there was anybody that would come up with excuses to protect those thankless, faceless, poor slobs—it would be me. However, when they come across as blatantly inept as they do at times—there are just no excuses. When it’s clear cut that a talent is being stymied by the writers, and not their natural ability—then something needs to be done. What I’m saying is this ;

IF YOU’RE A WRITER FOR THE WWE AND YOU HAVE NOTHING FOR BRAY WYATT . . .THEN YOU SHOULDN’T BE A WRITER FOR THE WWE.

There are no excuses here, folks. Bray Wyatt is far and away the most gifted talent that has commanded a wrestling ring since the days of the Attitude Era, and WWE Creative have failed him miserably. That includes Vince, Triple H, Stephanie McMahon and anybody else who has had anything to do with the growth of his career. The very first time I ever saw Bray Wyatt walk to the ring, with that mesmerizing music, and that brilliant entrance—I knew this guy was absolutely unique. He was special . . . there was nobody else like him. Having worked with him for many years, there’s no way that you couldn’t compare him to Taker. The only thing that was missing was that physical presence, and that was clearly replaced by a personality and a look that was created by a genius . . . Bray Wyatt.

The night that Bray surprised Chris Jericho upon his return to the WWE, which now seems like decades ago, I thought that this unique icon was well on his way to becoming a cornerstone in the Fed for years to come. It was all there, right in their grubby, little hands, all they had to do was dot the Is and cross the Ts. Whatever you gave this guy was going to be gold. But, who would have thought for a second that the brain trust leading WWE Creative would have dotted the Ts and crossed the Is instead. In what seemed impossible to do . . . they failed Bray Wyatt miserably.”

Video: New Wyatt Family Member Debuts On RAW

A new Wyatt Family member made his debut on RAW and destroyed Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose.

After Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns faced Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper, the lights went out, a creepy Wyatt video played and when the lights were back on, a mystery man was standing on the apron wearing a mask. That man is NXT Superstar and former toughman competitor Braun Stowman.

Stowman absolutely manhandled Reigns and choked him out. He slammed Reigns again before Ambrose kicked him. Braun no-sold Ambrose and also choked him out. The segment ended with Braun, Wyatt and Harper posing over Ambrose.

The announcers kept asking “Who is this guy” so he could be getting a new name as part of this gimmick.

Ric Flair/SummerSlam News, Triple H Looks At Warrior’s Book (Video), SmackDown

    – WWE Hall Of Famer Ric Flair is in town for WWE SummerSlam weekend. Flair is there primarily to watch his daughter Charlotte wrestle at SummerSlam, and apparently other members of the Flair family are also in town for the show. Former WCW star David Flair is among those from the Flair family that made the trip.

    – WWE taped the following matches for tonight’s edition of WWE SmackDown:

    * Ryback vs. Big Show
    * The New Day vs. Los Matadores and El Torito
    * Neville vs. Bo Dallas
    * Brie Bella vs. Sasha Banks vs. Becky Lynch
    * Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns and Cesaro vs. Sheamus, Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Kevin Owens

    – WWE posted the following video of Triple H looking at the new Ultimate Warrior book, “Ultimate Warrior: A Life Lived Forever.”

Backstage Update On Plans For Sting’s WWE Return

As recently as last month, there had been talk of Sting competing at SummerSlam, teaming with Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose against the Wyatt Family.  One of the reasons WWE decided not to use Sting at this year’s SummerSlam pay-per-view is due to the fact that the card is already loaded with stars like The Undertaker, Brock Lesnar, actor Stephen Amell and others.

With that said, it’s possible WWE is waiting to use Sting as a hook to sell the WWE Network in September for Night Of Champions, which takes place in Texas, where Sting currently lives.

If Sting is used in September, it’s possible he will work the previously rumored six-man tag-team match with Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose against Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. A big factor in this match happening is Erick Rowan’s status, as he’s currently out of action due to injury and might not be back until November.

Video: Fan Throws MITB Briefcase At Roman Reigns At WWE Live Event

During the Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt match at the WWE live event in Victoria, B.C., a fan got involved in the bout — and not in a good way.

At one point during the match, a fan threw a replica Money In The Bank briefcase, which struck Reigns in the back of the head.

The incident caused a major disturbance to the show, but the match continued.

The alleged perpetrator and his group got into a scuffle with security guards before they were removed from the building. Victoria police were also called to the arena.

Bray Wyatt’s Sister Gets WWE Tryout

Mika Rotunda, the sister of Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas, recently had a WWE tryout at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

No word yet on how the tryout went, but apparently she had spent some time at the Performance Center before the actual tryout.

Mika often attends WWE events in Florida and currently works for CW44-TV in Tampa Bay.

Adam Rose Continues To Fuel Speculation Of A Character Change During RAW

There has been speculation over the past few weeks that a superstar will be joining the Wyatt Family, in particular, Adam Rose – or his developmental persona Leo Kruger.

At WWE Battleground Luke Harper joined forces with Bray Wyatt once again and last night on RAW the pair took to the ring to cut a promo (as shown above).

Prior to RAW going on the air Adam Rose posted a photo of himself as Leo Kruger and many hoped that during the Wyatt Family segment, he would appear, but nothing happened.

During RAW, Rose sent out a number of of other tweets with photos of his Leo Kruger character, they can both be seen below:

Adam Rose Fuels Rumors Regarding Possibly Joining The Wyatt Family

There has recently been a lot of speculation regarding Adam Rose or another WWE Superstar possibly joining Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper in the new Wyatt Family, now that Erick Rowan is on the sidelines due to injury.

Rose has decided to fuel the speculation by taking to social media to post photos of his developmental character Leo Kruger over the past few days. The rumors really picked up when Rose posted the following photo of his Kruger gimmick today, which based on appearance, would seem to fit perfectly with the look and feel of The Wyatt Family characters.

Possible Spoiler On Sting’s WWE Return And Plans For His Storyline

We have reported about how there are plans in WWE for Sting to eventually become involved in the Bray Wyatt vs. Roman Reigns storyline, which is part of the reason why Luke Harper reunited with Wyatt to put The Wyatt Family back together at WWE Battleground this past Sunday night.

The current belief is that Sting and Reigns vs. Wyatt and Harper will take place at next month’s WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view, however it was also noted that a new member of The Wyatt Family could be introduced, as Erick Rowan is injured, and if so, the match could become a six-man match with Dean Ambrose being added to the Sting/Reigns team.

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Sting is not expected to be brought into the storyline on television until late in the game, likely as a big surprise.

Storyline Plans For The Wyatt Family, Sting’s Return & SummerSlam

Last night at WWE Battleground, we saw Luke Harper interfere in Bray Wyatt’s match with Roman Reigns, attacking Reigns and helping Bray emerge victorious. This reunion of the former Wyatt Family members is being done to set up a program involving Sting at SummerSlam.

The original plan for the match at SummerSlam was going to be all 3 members of the Wyatt Family against Sting, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose. With Erick Rowan out of action due to injury, it now looks like we’ll be seeing Wyatt & Harper vs. Sting and Reigns.

There is already some internal concern that the rowdy Brooklyn crowd could cheer Sting and boo Reigns.

WWE SummerSlam takes place on Sunday, August 23rd from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

WWE Battleground Spoilers: Plans For Sting, Wyatt-Reigns & More

Some type of outside interference is expected in the finish of tonight’s Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt match at WWE Battleground.

According to the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, there have been plans for Luke Harper to get involved in the Reigns-Wyatt feud, possibly tonight.

It’s also worth noting that this is also the angle where Sting is rumored to take part in as well, as Sting is expected to be involved in the same match as Wyatt at the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view.

What Happened After Monday’s WWE RAW

WWE held a dark match main event after last night’s WWE Battleground “go-home” edition of WWE RAW.

In a match held strictly for the live audience in Atlanta, Georgia, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins retained his title over Roman Reigns when Bray Wyatt interfered, causing the disqualification.

As the post-match fireworks exploded, eventually Dean Ambrose hit the ring to make the save for Reigns.

Monday’s RAW ended when Reigns and Ambrose cleaned house of Rollins and Wyatt. The two stood tall and celebrated together to send the fans home happy.
