At the time of this post, the stock is at $9.69 per share after hitting another 52-week low of $9.44 this morning.

    — Ultimate Warrior’s inflammatory online video in which he accused longtime rival Hulk Hogan of being a cocaine-using, wife-swapping “dope head” as well as a “malicious, back-stabbing operator” has garnered mainstream coverage. FoxNews.com has posted an article on the story. The matter was also discussed some morning radio talk shows.

Meanwhile, Hogan explained to a fan yesterday on Twitter why he plans on filing a lawsuit against the master of the Gorilla Press Slam.

He wrote, “Deformation of character hurts business and lives and let’s people like you doubt, then follow and believe in the hate and lies.”

  • Hogan Threatens Lawsuit Against Warrior Following Claims

TMZ.com reports that Hulk Hogan is threatening to file a lawsuit against former WWE talent Warrior (a/k/a Ultimate Warrior) for alleged defamation.

The Founding Father of Life Intensity posted a seven-minute video Tuesday, saying, among other things, that Hogan is a cocaine user who had an open marriage and encouraged ex-wife Linda to indulge in sexual intercourse with other wrestlers.

Hogan says the allegation of drug use is “a blatant lie.” Regarding his claim on Linda, he said, “None of that ever happened. This guy is out of his mind.”

Hogan says he “tried ignoring” Warrior, but he’s now plans on filing a lawsuit against The Ultimate One to prevent him from “spewing sewage.”

  • VIDEO: Ultimate Warrior Shoots HARD On Hulk Hogan

The Ultimate Warrior has been telling Hulk Hogan that “karma is coming to collect” – in the form of a 55-minute shoot interview that will be released later this month (6/17). Warrior has released a preview of the shoot interview, and the gloves are now officially off.

Here’s a taste of what Warrior reveals about Hulk Hogan in this short clip:

    – Hulk Hogan is a dope head who has spent countless days doing nothing but snorting cocaine.

    – Hogan is a “dope head” who kept other wrestlers around him hooked on drugs so he could have control over them.

    – Hulk and his ex-wife Linda had an open marriage where they would both “have fun” on the side.

    – Hulk would let other wrestlers get intimate with his wife Linda. Warrior says he’s probably the only wrestler who refused an offer to sleep with his wife.

    – Warrior runs down hogan for sleeping with one of his daughter’s friends. Warrior says it’s no surprise that Hogan’s son Nick ended up the way he did, because he shares Hulk’s black heart and evil mind. Warrior referenced the jailhouse phone calls between Hogan and his son Nick after Nick’s accident as a prime example of what a despicable human being Hogan is. Warrior says there is nothing more disgraceful than a parent who fails their children.

    – Warrior says it’s pathetic that Hogan is a 60 year old man still wearing a bandanna. He also said Hogan has hair extensions.

Warrior will release the hour-long shoot interview later this month, at which time he’ll also announce a new television project he’s working on.

  • Warrior Continues Hogan Bashing, Vickie Does Bikini Photo Shoot

    — Ultimate Warrior revealed last night on Twitter that his much anticipated “Karma is Coming to Collect” video will be posted in less than 48 hours and that he has plans to expose him.

“Hogan takes high road-where?when? Never has,” Warrior wrote. “In WM6 best sports entertainer in the world prevailed. Today, best man will. No punches pulled.”

He added, “Terry, almost time for KiCtC. Better triple your meds — or have your PoS friend Knobbs come over and feign heart attacks…good for laughs.

Warrior also commented on Hogan’s Facebook flap over the weekend: “Hogan blames the fans, then acts like it never happened… good example of Hulkamania’s positivity and authenticity. He is totally lost.”

    — Vickie Guerrero recently participated in a bikini photo shoot for her soon to be launched official website. She has plans to do another shoot in Los Angeles soon.

“Summerslam is right around the corner, this year is even bigger,” Guerrero wrote on Facebook. “I will be shooting a bikini shoot on the beaches of LA. I’m so blessed and excited!”

  • More Warrior-Hogan, Bischoff Touts Impact’s Ratings

    – The ongoing war of words between the Ultimate Warrior and Hulk Hogan continues. Warrior, who has promised a 1-hour video in the next few days where he’ll “expose Hulk Hogan for the man he truly is,” tweeted on Monday:

“Hogan takes high road-where?when? Never has. In WM6 best sports entertainer in the world prevailed. Today, best man will. No punches pulled.”

Interesting to see Warrior using WWE’s “sports entertainment” lingo ..

    – Eric Bischoff posted the following on Facebook, once again taking aim at the “irrelevant” Internet “dirtsites” for not giving TNA the pat on the back it so rightfully deserves for Impact Wrestling’s stellar 1.1 rating last week:

“What the 10%’ers and the dirtsites that feed them don’t want to report: Per Spike TV, Impact Wrestling was the #1 cable show in its time period among M18-49 despite under-delivering its STD average among key demos and TNA increased from its Jail (rpt) lead-in by +129% in M18-49 (.78), with an additional +6% gain in the following quarter hour. TNA peaked in the 10:15p quarter with a .99 in M18-49.”

  • Hulk Hogan Denies Slamming Fans On Facebook

An inflammatory message being attributed to Hulk Hogan was posted yesterday on the wrestling legend’s Facebook account.

The message read: “That’s good to know brother. But in reality it was a lot of you idiot fans that killed wcw with your lack of appreciation and support for everything we did for you. Funny enough a lot of you morons like TNA too. Go figure. HH”

Hogan later denied writing the post, claiming it was done by a miscreant user.

“Something so evil to hurt me or my fans.I assure you I would never say anything so evil about the great fans that I love and have made my Career.I have nothing but love and respect for each and every HH fan.maby somebody that knows the INS and outs of computers can get to the Bottom of this and find out who is trying to hurt my fans and my career, thank you HULKAMANIACS nothing but love and respect. HH”

He added, “Hulkamaniacs – I have verified that my account was not hacked, and the posted screen shot was made by a person who was banned from this page due to abusive behavior. The screen shot was photo shopped, and the statement was NEVER made by me. You all make what we do worthwhile. HH”

Within TNA, no one spoken to on the subject believes that Hogan wrote the fiery comments in question.

“No way Hulk did that. You should know that. His entire I love the Hulkamaniacs shtick is 100% real,” said a TNA wrestler. “He’s not like some of the guys babyfacing fans in public and then mocking them behind the scenes. He cares and means it when he says it.”

  • Video: Hulk Hogan Explains Why Wrestling Still Matters

Hulk Hogan is featured in IMPACT WRESTLING’s latest “Why Wrestling Matters” video. The legendary grappler discusses what drives his passion and dedication for professional wrestling.

“When I step in that squared circle, I’m in the moment,” Hogan said. “That’s all I care about, that’s all I focus on. It’s so simple to understand, it’s so simple for people to dive in and just forgot all their cures and everything that’s going in the world and live through IMPACT WRESTLING.

“We bring wrestling back the way it should be.”

    Here’s the video:

  • Ultimate Warrior & Hogan Continue War Of Words On Twitter

Former WWE Champions Ultimate Warrior and Hulk Hogan have continued to attack each other on Twitter. After vowing to keep negative energy at bay, Hogan has begun retweeting messages depicting Warrior in a negative light, such as:

“Warrior was a jabroni. Hulkamania still runs wild… Brother.”

“Warrior is just jealous and angry about the sad way it all ended for him… without a whimper.”

“Warrior let alot of fans down over & over. Not something that’ll ever be easily forgiven. Or forgotten.”

Warrior shot back at Hogan by comparing him to a pet that is at the end of its rope.

“They say I hate Hogan. Never did,” he wrote. “Like a favorite loved pet who has come to the end of its useful life, time to put an end to his misery.”

Warrior also revealed yesterday in a blog post on his official website that his much anticipated “Karma is Coming to Collect” video will be approximately one hour long and surface online next week. He also says that he’s developing a major media project and is legitimately on Twitter.

“Still figuring out how to work Twitter,” he wrote. “Once I get it down, I’ll level you warriors with clotheslines of creativity, courage and wisdom — each thrown with Ultimate Warrior intensity.”

  • Mick Foley Teases Return To WWE Following On-Screen Firing

Last night’s episode of IMPACT WRESTLING concluded with Hulk Hogan announcing that Mick Foley had been fired as the Network Executive.

Hogan opened up a legal document and said that effective immediately, The Network has exercised the option of terminating said position. He then said to the camera, “Mick Foley, you’re fired!” Hogan’s theme music played and Bischoff said, “This is the happiest day of my life.”

Foley lampooned news of his on-screen firing on Twitter. He wrote, “Wait, I was FIRED?!? Are you CEREAL..I mean SERIOUS?!?”

He added, “Wait, I just checked my DVR and it cut out during Bischoff’s speech. I can’t be fired; I just got back a few weeks ago. Right?”

Foley then teased a possible return to WWE, saying The Miz needs a new assistant (following the dismissal of Alex Riley) and he needs a new job.

He wrote, “Good point @DHStom – I think @mikethemiz might need a new assistant..and I need a new job. Interesting, huh?”

He then retweeted a fan’s comment indicating that he could have appeared at Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s birthday bash rather than return to TNA for a few weeks. It read: “Good thing Mick had to stay around for 3 weeks rather than be at @TheRock ‘s bday bash. #baddecisions”

In accordance with the storyline, his profile has been removed from the company website’s roster page. Foley, however, is still under contract to TNA. It expires in early September and he stated during an interview late last year with GeekWeek.com that he doesn’t plan on renewing it. “The Hardcore Legend” said he was frustrated with communication problems inherent in the structure of the organization and that he wasn’t pleased that they didn’t air footage of his appearance at Jon Stewart’s Rally To Restore Sanity at the National Mall in Washington, D.C.

  • Hulk Hogan Asks Fans To Pray For Ultimate Warrior

The ongoing saga between the Ultimate Warrior and Hulk Hogan continues.

Following The Ultimate Warrior’s recent remarks that he’s going to expose Hulk Hogan for what he truly is, Hogan asks people to pray for Warrior:

“It’s awesome how such grateful positive people live in abundance and how they always try to help and pray for the lost negative people. his claim to fame was our match at WM,if he didn’t have that I’m not sure what he’s done.he’s just trying to keep his deal alive. only pray for him, just hope he stops attracting so much hate into his life. like attracts like.”

  • Punk’s WWE Future, Warrior Has Big News, Orton-Sheamus

    – The Ultimate Warrior is now on Twitter and is wasting no time making with his controversial tweets. After releasing a scathing video earlier this week to Hulk Hogan for silencing his Warriors on Twitter, Warrior tweeted the following on Thursday, teasing “big news” coming soon:

“Thank you to all The Warriors out there spreading the word. Big news soon. Always Believe!!!”

Warrior has vowed to expose Hulk Hogan for the man he truly is, while Hogan maintains that Warrior is talking nonsense and is simply a negative person.

    – Friday’s episode of SmackDown will feature a main event of Randy Orton defending the World Heavyweight title against Sheamus. The match was taped on Tuesday night from Des Moines, Iowa. Prior to the match taking place, a WWE fan jumped the ringside gate and tried jumping into the ring – but was caught by security and escorted out of the building.

    – Following reports that Nexus leader CM Punk is strongly considering leaving WWE when his contract expires this summer, it’s worth noting that WWE’s live event website is only advertising CM Punk to appear at TV tapings and the Money in the Bank pay-per-view from July 6th through August 6th.

  • VIDEO: Ultimate Warrior Calls Out Hulk Hogan

Former WWE Champion Ultimate Warrior posted a video this evening calling out Hulk Hogan for censoring fans on Twitter. Some of his followers informed him that they were blocked by Hogan on the micro-blogging site for voicing their opinion. Warrior said,

“Hey Terry! Rumor has it that the Warriors trying to get into your social networking party over there are being shut out. What’s up with that, brotha?! And to think you used to be such the party animal. I mean what’s wrong, you don’t have the guts for the game anymore now that the playing field is level? That’s ashame. I was hoping to come through the front door, get a hug, one of those womanly handshakes. That’s okay, man. Me and the Warriors, we’re going to make our way through the wall! Hahahahahahaha!”

  • Hogan Bashes Warrior Again, Dreamer No-Shows Impact, Darsow

    – Hulk Hogan’s ongoing beef with the Ultimate Warrior continues. To recap, Hulk Hogan buried Warrior during his recent interview on HDNet’s “The Voice vs.” show, saying Warrior was one of the many guys who was given the ‘magic bullet’ to kill Hulkamania, but was unable to.

Warrior fired back at Hogan with a scathing video of his own, saying he found that magic bullet and is going to post a video soon exposing Hulk Hogan for the man he truly is.

Hogan has since responded to Warrior’s video, writing the following on Twitter:

“that what he’s programed for, some people love, help, laugh, create, have fun, he hates.warrior who? HH”

    – Hulk Hogan also commented on the recent backlash against his friend Brian Knobs, who upset a lot of people by mocking Randy Savage at a wrestling convention on the day of his death. Hogan defended Knobs by saying:

“that’s what’s so crazy they are way cool, Knobs always jokes around though, maby somebody took Knobs joking and is trying to bury him H”

    – Dakota Darsow, son of Barry Darsow (Demolition Smash, Repo Man), wrestled a dark match prior to Tuesday’s TNA Impact Wrestling taping from Orlando. Darsow, a former WWE developmental talent, lost to Texas wrestler Jesse Sorensen.

    – Conspicuous by his absence at Tuesday’s TNA Impact Wrestling taping was Tommy Dreamer.

Dreamer, who just turned heel and is in the midst of a feud with Fortune, was scheduled to attend the tapings. No word yet as to why he wasn’t there, but his absence was a hot topic of discussion backstage on Tuesday, according to a report on pwinsider.com.

VIDEO: Hulk Hogan’s Sitdown Interview With HDNet

The Founding Father of Ring Intensity warns Hogan that he will be revealing truths about him in a video post later this week.

Regarding Hogan, Warrior said, “Hey Terry, I found that bullet man. You know that bullet you were talking about in that sitdown interview when you said, “Ultimate Warrior was given a bullet to kill Hulkamania.” I found it. I found it buried, real deep, inside that huge piece of real estate I still own inside your psyche.

“You know Terry, you’re a real piece of work man, just beautiful in every way. Things you said in that sit-down interview… you know the dots of the statements that you made… and the silly-ass clichés that you used, they just don’t connect man. Someone’s gotta set the record straight. Someone capable. Someone wise enough to do it. And I’m going to do that. I’m going to set the record straight and paint the picture of who you truly are.

  • Jimmy Hart Talks About Savage & Hogan’s Relationship

Legendary wrestling manager Jimmy Hart appeared on the Busted Open satellite radio show on Monday and of course had a lot to say about the late “Macho Man” Randy Savage.

Here’s a recap of what Jimmy Hart said about how the Poffo family is holding up following last week’s tragedy and the complicated relationship between Randy and Hulk Hogan:

Busted Open satellite radio show with Jimmy Hart
Hosts: Dave LaGreca and Doug Mortman
Airs Mondays and Wednesdays on Sirius 92 and XM 207 from 2-4 ET
    Visit Facebook.com/bustedopen for more information

Hart on how is the Poffo family holding up in the wake of Randy’s passing?

“I think since three days since it happened, pretty darn good. Lanny’s always been great. I think what they decided to do too, because I got so many calls from everybody wondering where the funeral is going to be… I know you know it by now too, going to be cremated of course. His ashes are going to be spread on his property. Now, the reason I’m saying this, and its already out there anyhow… Lanny confirmed it too… where his dog Hercules passed away and was buried.

“I think just a little private deal is going to be for Randy’s family, I don’t think he wanted something very very big and that’s kind of the way he was. When he did charities, he never went out there and told people about it or anything and I think donations are going to be sent in in his name are going to be in Tampa for one of the children’s foundations here. I think they’re doing pretty well for it just happening three or four days ago.”

Hart on the relationship between Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan:

“I don’t think it was as bad as sometimes people make it out to be because in the wrestling business, there’s always a little angle right around the corner where people can work together and make a ton of money. I think it ended up pretty well. I think when Hulk was going in to the hospital for one of his operations with his back, Randy happened to be at the same place. He stepped in to the room, said hello to Hulk and everything else.

“At the end, everything was pretty well being put back together again. Sometimes people make more of it than what it really is sometimes but being on this end and hearing a little bit of the scuttlebutt here and there, it was almost like a big wrestling angle. Randy was great, there will only be one Macho Man ever ever, colorful and did some great things nobody ever really knew about because he was so private.”

  • Rhodes Comments On Randy Savage, Dead Wrestlers Showcased

    — WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes spoke with The Associated Press Friday regarding the death of Randy Savage.

“There’s probably five or six of us, with Andre (the Giant) and (Hulk) Hogan and thankfully myself and (Ric) Flair, that, when their names pop up, even if you’re not a fan, you know who in the hell these people are,” said Rhodes.

“You say, ‘I know this guy. I know Macho Man Randy Savage.’ He was part of that breed. We lost a good one… He was a recluse, almost. Whatever he was doing, he wanted that privacy. Yeah, he was out of the picture for 10 years, but he didn’t want to be in the picture.

    The article is available here.

    — FoxNews.com has posted a slideshow gallery showcasing two dozen deceased professional wrestlers including Randy Savage, Chris Benoit, Miss Elizabeth, Umaga and Giant Gonzalez, among others.

In a trivia note, Savage was the seventh member of the New World Order (nWo) faction to pass away, following Louie Spicolli, Rick Rude, Curt Hennig, Miss Elizabeth, Big Bubba Rogers and Brian Adams.

“I feel horrible about the ten years that he wouldn’t respond, or he had no communication. This was a tough one.”

    — The sudden passing of Randy Savage provoked a tidal wave of online searches pertaining to the wrestling legend as ‘macho man randy savage’ was the most searched for topic on Google.com Friday night, according to Google Trends. Hulk Hogan was also a top trend.

Savage last topped Google exactly one year ago Friday, due to news surfacing of his marriage to long time girlfriend Lynn.

  • Who Is Behind TNA’s Rebranding, TNA’s PPV Buyrates, Reality Star

    – While the official numbers are not publicly released, we have approximate data regarding how many people are purchasing TNA’s monthly pay-per-view events.

While WWE shoots for the big “1 million buys” mark every year for WrestleMania, it puts a lot in perspective to learn that TNA Bound For Glory 2010 drew just over 30,000 buys. The next most-ordered show of 2010 was Hardcore Justice, which did around 20,000 buys. TNA’s other pay-per-views in 2010 did between 8,000 and 15,000 buys.

    – With TNA’s recent image change that included re-branding the Spike TV show and the company’s new “Wrestling Matters” tagline, there has also been a strong push behind the scenes to change the company’s name entirely.

Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff in particular want the name changed, with Hulk Hogan saying in recent radio interviews that TNA does not get taken seriously in high-level business meetings because most people think “tits and ass” when they hear the letters.

    – Reality TV star Jessie Godderz worked a dark match before Monday night’s TNA tapings in Orlando, losing to Robbie E. Godderz has worked several TNA dark matches in the past and sat ringside with Dixie Carter at several events.

  • Hulk Hogan Talks One More Match, TNA Struggling With PPVs

Here are some highlights of Hulk Hogan’s appearance on The LAW radio show over the weekend:

Wrestling One More Match: “Well it’s a calculated risk, it’s not like ‘Oh my God he’s an idiot with all the back surgeries he’s going to wrestle in Brantford and if he gets knocked down he’s in a wheelchair’ – it’s not that story. If I do get in the ring it’s a calculated risk, these guys are professionals and instead of being body slammed someone can hit me in the throat, rake me in the eye, I can crumble down to the ring or take a bump on the back of my neck and shoulders and not hurt my lower back. There are a lot of ways to do it and if you think of the risk versus reward, it does matter, it’s a pretty foolish thing to think about wrestling after eight back surgeries but then there’s also the love of the business and how I love being around the guys, the fans and you guys so I’m torn between what really makes sense and what I feel. It probably has a lot to do with ego, which I try not to get involved with, I like to take ego when it comes up and put it on the wall and go back to what makes sense so it doesn’t make a lot of sense when you ask the question but it’s a consideration at this point.”

TNA Struggling To Get Viewers To Order PPVS “A lot of it has to do with awareness and the fact that we can get to the people. If I go into my hotel room in Chicago there are certain cable networks that are on like USA Network – there is no Spike TV. I mean a lot of it depends on who you can get to and who you can reach there is a lot more than ‘the fans aren’t buying it’ there is more to the equation and that’s a very shallow statement and that’s not a fact. The people that see it are buying it, there just aren’t enough people seeing it. That’s what it is – it’s creating awareness, a marketing plan we have to work with Spike TV and boost them up the ladder. I don’t know how many cable networks there are in the States if it’s 25 or 35 but in the paper it shows you who the top ten are so if we can get Spike up to that number one position the whole equation would change on how many people are buying it and change the equation and someone wouldn’t say ‘no one is buying it’ well the people that are seeing it are buying it so it’s creating that awareness to make people more aware that the product is there and that they can get it and when they walk into a hotel in Brantford that Spike is available.”

  • Hogan vs. Sting Discussed, Dixie Carter’s Role, Abyss’ Teeth

-With Hulk Hogan currently training for a possible return to the ring later this year, word out of the TNA locker room is that Hogan is looking to wrestle Sting in the main event of TNA’s biggest show of the year – Bound For Glory, later this year. Yeah we know, that same match headlined WCW’s biggest show of the year (Starrcade) back in 1997.

While a Hulk Hogan vs. Sting match is still a match some fans would pay to see again – it all depends on whether Hogan is physically able to work a match after undergoing more than a half dozen back surgeries in the past year or so.

Related News: Hulk Hogan Says It’s 50/50 That He’ll Wrestle This Year

    – Dixie Carter remains the president of TNA Wrestling, despite online reports the contrary. As many know, TNA is funded primarily by Panda Energy, which is owned by Dixie’s  father, Bob. Dixie’s mother Janice began working behind the scenes in TNA earlier this year overseeing the company’s finances. After the tremendous amount of money TNA has spent in recent years signing household names to big contracts and the failed attempt at going live on Monday nights, major changes to TNA’s operations are expected in the coming months to save.

Here are some highlights of what Hulk Hogan said about:

The biggest thing has learned thus far in his time with TNA:

“The first thing I learned was to slow down. I thought right away go to Monday nights, do this, do that, make some changes. Number one, it doesn’t happen that way. Dixie Carter owns the company. Her family put their life & blood into this thing, and I’m the ‘Johnny Come Lately’ who’s trying to help them. They have given me an upper hand creatively to help with the direction. We’re trying to make wrestling not the way it used to be, We’re trying to make wrestling like it should be. We are just going to slow down and make sure we are real consistent.”

Returning to Canada (for the first time in nearly ten years) for CWI’s “Brawl at the Bush II” event & why he holds a special place in his heart for his Canadian fans:

“The last time I was in Brantford I can’t even remember who I wrestled, but I’m sure the fans can tell you. The building is electric. The fans are electric. It’s a dream come true to come back, and I’ve been around the block a couple of times, and you guys know all the craziness, but at the end of the day, when you talk about loyal fans & fans that stick up for you and show a promoter who they love: You can’t make them boo somebody they don’t wanna boo, such as what happened the last time I wrestled in Canada against The Rock. The fans in Canada are so loyal, and nobody tells them what to do, and who to love, and who to hate, and that’s why I’m digging coming back.”

Having gone through his latest back surgery & rehabilitation, what are the odds that we will see him step back inside the squared circle to wrestle with TNA:

“That’s a tough question, but as honest as I could be, because I don’t know the answer yet, from four & a half months from back surgery number eight, I would say it’s a 50-50 chance. If you would have asked me this two months ago, I would have said no way. If I could get six & a half months under my belt, I’d pretty much know the answer to that. If I did land wrong or something, I just don’t know if all this hardware & stuff would hold together.”
