— Matt Hardy claimed last night on Twitter following TNA Lockdown that he may have fractured his arm during the Lethal Lockdown Match. He posted an update this morning, writing,
“Wow.. Talk about being sore when you wake up.. My back & arm are killing me-I’m sure flying this morning will help, HaHa..”
Based on what we’ve heard from TNA sources, Hardy is trying to work an angle (that is so unlike him) and is not really injured.
— Kurt Angle used the RKO on Jeff Jarrett during their two-out-of-three falls match at TNA Lockdown, and then went on Twitter to comment on using the maneuver, writing:
“Orton, I used Your Finish as a sign of Respect. Not to get back at U. Respect!”
Angle has continued to call out Orton. He added the following this afternoon:
“To Randy Orton, as You said- Imitation is a form of flattery. Know that I did that out of Respect. GOD Bless.”
— Hulk Hogan wrote the following on Twitter regarding TNA Lockdown:
“TNA LOCKDOWN SET THE NEW STANDARD FOR WHAT A PPV SHOULD BE!!!!!!!!!!”
— Velvet Sky stated during a chat session last night on TNAOnDemand.com that Alex Shelley will return to television this Thursday on TNA iMPACT!.
Shelley has been sidelined since January due to a broken collarbone suffered at a live event in Hagerstown, Maryland. He was advertised to participate in the X Division Ultimate Xscape Match at TNA Lockdown, but was removed from the match on April 7, thus postponing his return.
— Much like the Anonymous General Manager on WWE’s Monday Night Raw, TNA Wrestling has its own anonymous entity, The Network. TNAWrestling.com is teasing that the person pulling the strings may be revealed on Thursday’s episode of iMPACT!:
“The Network’s latest mandate has Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff beside themselves and they demand to know who at The Network is involved. Will the Network finally reveal the one making all the controversial decisions?”
TNA will tape this week’s episode of iMPACT! tomorrow and next week’s show on Wednesday.
— TNA Wrestling has announced “Gut Check” work shops for Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Plattsburgh, New York.
“‘Gut Check’ workshops will allow for TNA management to scout up-and-coming talent and give aspiring wrestlers the kind of instruction and advice they can’t receive anywhere else in the industry,” Jeff Jarrett said.
Hulk Hogan addressed Desmond Wolfe’s status with TNA Wrestling Friday on his Twitter account.
When asked when fans can expect Wolfe to return to television, Hogan responded, “Desmond’s situation is beyond TNA’s control, the ball is completely in his court.”
Wolfe and Magnus were scheduled to face Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin for the TNA World Tag Team Championship at No Surrender, but were pulled from the event at the last minute, with the organization citing a “personal issue” as the reason. The Pro Wrestling Torch reported that according to multiple sources within TNA, Wolfe was pulled from the pay-per-view event due to concerns with concussion side effects.
His on-screen absence was explained by Magnus, who claimed that in an attempt to become a dual athlete, Wolfe had traveled to London to tryout for Chelsea F.C.
Company president Dixie Carter announced on November 21, 2010 that Wolfe would be returning to television. On the December 16, 2010 edition of iMPACT!, Magnus met his former tag team partner Douglas Williams and informed him that Wolfe would be returning soon, while also telling him that they had gotten rid of Chelsea. Wolfe made his return in a non–televised segment at the December 10, 2010 iMPACT! taping when he and Magnus saved Douglas Williams from Fortune members AJ Styles and Rob Terry. The segment, however, did not air on the January 6, 2011 iMPACT telecast. Wolfe has not appeared for the organization since then.
— On Twitter, Hulk Hogan has been asked about bringing Randy Savage to TNA Wrestling. The Hulkster said he would if he could. He wrote:

“Good morning real WRESTLING people, LOCKDOWN is going to be intense Sunday in Cincinnati, this is not for the pg faint of heart.”

TNA Wrestling personnel indicate that Hulk Hogan is or was seriously considering the idea of returning to the ring for the Lethal Lockdown Cage Match between Immortal and Fortune at this Sunday’s Lockdown pay-per-view event. It’s being said that if Hogan is up for wrestling, the bout would be turned into a five-on-five match with AJ Styles joining Fortune. However, many believe the idea was scrapped since it hasn’t been promoted or teased on iMPACT!.
Barring a physical setback, the general feeling is that Hogan will return to the ring at some point. Since undergoing his last back surgery in late December, Hogan has gotten himself in much better shape that he’s been in recent years. The procedures have been a huge success in terms of reducing the level of pain he has been dealing with on a daily basis.
Hogan is also engaging himself more with his peers than when the pain was debilitating. While Vince Russo is the organization’s head writer, Hogan aids several wrestlers on their material at television tapings.
Since undergoing a number of back surgeries in the past year, TNA star Hulk Hogan is getting back in very good physical shape. . He has been working out a lot and it appears the procedures have been a huge success in terms of reducing the level of pain he has been dealing with on a daily basis.
While there is no confirmation just yet, it is possible that Hogan will be returning to the ring later this year. TNA has been hinting at an Anderson vs. Hogan feud.
Hogan has also been involved in the Bischoff-Hervey Productions project, Hulk Hogan’s Micro Championship Wrestling. The show will air on TruTv, and while it was thought that Hogan would simply lend his name to the show, that has since changed. The show was initially supposed to be a reality TV project about the wrestlers, but Hogan was not happy with the quality of the product. The series has been changed and it now features Hogan’s attempts to improve and fix the product, including legitimately letting talents go. The new version is said to be very different, and much better than the original plan.
Hogan’s involvement in the Micro Championship Wrestling company has garnered them some mainstream media attention.

Twitter reinstated TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter’s account today after it was suspended Tuesday due to a breach of the microblogging service’s terms of use.
A background image featuring a photoshopped “Verified Account” badge was recently uploaded to the page. However, only Twitter may indicate that an account is verified. Their terms of service reads: “Misuse of Twitter Badges: You may not use a Verified Account badge or Promoted Products badge unless it is provided by Twitter. Accounts using these badges as part of profile pictures, background images, or in a way that falsely implies affiliation with Twitter will be suspended.”
Numerous users reported the violating account to Twitter, which led to its suspension. The image has now been removed.
Carter recently stopped tweeting, after getting barraged with a multitude of negative messages concerning herself and TNA Wrestling.
Her suspension from Twitter spawned a fake account, which Hulk Hogan bought as legit. The fake account asked Hogan to retweet news concerning TNA in Australia yesterday morning, and he did.

— Robbie E’s scheduled appearance tomorrow afternoon at the American Expo Center in Providence, Rhode Island has been canceled.
Earlier this week, we posted a cartoon that WWE Hall of Famer Bret “The Hitman” Hart drew of “roid king” Hulk Hogan.
Now, Bret is selling that cartoon – along with another one he drew of “Nature Boy” Ric Flair – with 100% of the proceeds going to the Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund.
Say what you want about the ongoing trading of insults between Hart, Hogan and Flair, but at least Bret is turning the negativity into something positive ..
— TNA Wrestling Superstar Hulk Hogan made a surprise appearance on tonight’s American Idol results show.
Following a segment from the Idol Mansion concerning contestant James Durbin’s professional wrestling fanship (which featured the finalist doing an imitation of WWE Superstar The Miz), Hogan appeared in person to inform him that he was safe from elimination and had made it into the top ten.
Hogan then told Ryan Seacrest that he “wasn’t safe” and threw a worked punch at him with the Idol host pretending to be knocked out. Hogan then tore off his shirt while Durbin cut a wrestling style spiel.
— Matt Hardy is denying that he is engaged to be married to Lucha Libre USA: Masked Warriors personality Reby Sky, a former Playboy model. He claims that it was a joke.
“To set the record straight-6/17 is our 6 month anniversary as a couple & we joked about gettin married-Which some peeps took very serious,” he wrote. “And besides, I probably wouldn’t ever be able to marry someone as beautiful, lovely, sweet, wonderful, & talented as Reby Sky anyway.”
Sky was asked on her Formspring account if she was marrying Hardy and she replied yes (with no hint of joking), including the wedding date. The message has since been deleted and she is now saying that she is not engaged.

We reported earlier this week that Eric Bischoff recently received a promotion in TNA and is now the executive producer of TNA programming. In another sign that the Bischoff-Hogan regime is on solid ground in TNA with more power in the company than virtually anybody, Hulk Hogan is now claiming that he took control of TNA’s creative process three weeks ago.
Hogan had an online exchange this week with former WWE superstar Kizarny, who was asking Hogan why he never got a job opportunity in TNA. Hogan responded:
HulkHogan4Real
@SiNNbODHi just took over creative 3weeks ago, shoot. Now I understand why nobody is using you HH
Update: A TNA source we contacted this week was unaware about any formal shakeups with the TNA creative team, so for now, it’s just Hogan’s word on this.
At Monday night’s TNA iMPACT! tapings from Orlando, Hulk Hogan made some comments to the live crowd about members of the TNA roster wanting to join his “tsunami” – which is of course in ridiculously bad taste following the earthquake and tsunami in Japan that has claimed upwards of 10,000 lives.
Hulk Hogan posted the following on his Twitter account, apologizing for the remarks:
“The tsunami of wrestling wasn’t cool,it will never air,it’s already cut out,but when your cuttin promos old school and not following a Script like the other robots will no skills, sometimes you make mistakes. I’m sorry,I was on a roll and made a mistake.nothing but love and Total respect for Japan, but you guys already know that. I totally apologize. keepin it real HH4Life.Much respect, love for Japan HH”
Based on what we’re hearing, the line was not scripted by TNA’s writers and was a sample of the improv stylings of Hulk Hogan. Hogan knocks script writers in his apology, but appears pretty oblivious to what happens when wrestlers go “old school” and say the first thing that pops in their head. D’oh!
— Hulk Hogan responded to a fan on Twitter who suggested that TNA Wrestling get rid of Jeff Hardy because he has a “problem that needs to be sorted out.”
“Brother, we’re trying to get everything straightened out,” Hogan replied. “I feel bad about some of the situations that have to be dealt with.”

— Mickie James is scheduled to appear at the CMA Music Festival in Nashville, Tennessee in June, according to her official website, MickieJames.com.
After saying that a behind the scenes player in TNA Wrestling was defecting for World Wrestling Entertainment, which was later confirmed as Jimmy Hart, The Honky Tonk Man is claiming that Hulk Hogan is on his way out of the organization. He wrote the following on his Facebook account:
“HTM has been told Hogan will bolt to WWE if asked. Sources within TNA have said Hogan will leave (Eric Bischoff) behind like a rat. Hogan is on his way out of TNA. Dixie has had to advance Flair money to pay his debts. Strange things are happening at TNA! Hogan’s TNA contract is results and incentive based. Either party can walk anytime. HTM said it first Hogan is on the way out.”
Regarding Jimmy Hart, he is not expected to be in Jerry Lawler’s corner for his match against Michael Cole at WrestleMania XXVII. Hogan backed off his prior claim, saying on Twitter that it was “just a guess” and that he hadn’t talked to Hart in over a month.
— Eric Bischoff recently accepted a position as an executive producer for TNA Wrestling. One of his duties is to represent the organization in their various dealings with Spike TV executives.
Bischoff and his production company partner Jason Hervey are also producing Micro Championship Wrestling, a reality show recently acquired by truTV. Hulk Hogan participated in a television taping yesterday in Tampa, Florida.
— Jimmy Hart parting ways with TNA Wrestling for World Wrestling Entertainment last week is not considered a big loss within the Nashville based organization.
Hart was described as being Hulk Hogan’s assistant when the two went on the road, and he had some duties at television tapings in Orlando, Florida. While Hogan hasn’t bashed the WWE Hall of Famer publicly, many feel he’s hurt by his decision to leave since Hart left without notice.
The war of words between WWE Hall of Famers Bret Hart and Hulk Hogan is heating up. To recap, Bret Hart was asked by one of his Twitter followers on Wednesday night what he thought about Hulk Hogan. Hart tweeted:
HitmanBretSHart
Hogan’s nothing but a two-faced, backstabbing, steroid freak who deserved everything he got.
It didn’t take long for Hulk Hogan to respond to those harsh words. Hogan tweeted on Thursday morning:
HulkHogan4Real

Hulk Hogan later decided to be the bigger man in the situation and forgave Bret Hart for the comments he made.
HulkHogan4Real
Want to thank all the maniacs that really get it ,it feels right on track. Good night. HH
HulkHogan4Real
What a crazy day yesterday,I want to say I’m sorry for getting sucked into responding to all the people that have no love,no lives, and only Hate because their negative losers that are bitter because their own lives are going nowhere,I feel so bad for them and I pray they find Joy and real happiness some day
