John Cena Shows Off New Hairstyle, Speaks Fluent Mandarin In New Video

Former WWE Champion John Cena is showing off a ‘new’ look and his ability to speak fluent Mandarin in a new video posted on social media.

Cena has been sporting a longer hairstyle in recent months, which has drawn a comparison to fellow WWE personality JBL. Cena initially grew his hair out for Project X, an action movie co-starring Jackie Chan.

In a video posted online Tuesday night, Cena speaks fluent Mandarin and shows off the trademark ‘buzzcut’ look that he’s most known for in WWE. Like last time, the hairstyle change is for a movie role. Cena said the new film project is a secret and hopes to reveal more details in the near future.

Cena was last seen on WWE programming when he appeared at WrestleMania 35 to do a segment with Elias. Cena laid him out with a strike then hit the five knuckle shuffle and the AA to end the segment. He’s been away while focusing on his acting career.

It appears that the new movie role that he mentioned in the video is connected to the Fast & Furious 9 movie, which hits theaters on May 22, 2020. The film will not feature Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who stars in the Fast & Furious spinoff Hobbs & Shaw this summer.

John Cena Says His WWE Journey Is Far From Over

John Cena took some time out of his busy schedule to reflect on the anniversary of his WWE debut back 17 years ago.

Cena made his WWE TV debut on an episode of SmackDown in 2002 by answering WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle’s open challenge. There is a lot of history between these two stars but this was the most remembered by fans. The former WWE Champion took to his official Twitter account where he posted the following:

At the WrestleMania 35 pay-per-view event in East Rutherford, NJ at MetLife Stadium on the WWE Network, Angle called it a career when he lost to Baron Corbin in his retirement match.

Before Corbin was announced as his opponent, there were several fans including Angle who wanted it to be Cena to share the squared circle in Angle’s farewell match. However, that wasn’t the case.

Cena was last seen on WWE programming when he appeared at WrestleMania 35 to do a segment with Elias. He’s been away while focusing on his acting career.

Cena has his next Hollywood gig booked as he serves as the host the revival of “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?” He’ll also have a role in the next Fast & Furious film.

John Cena Loses “$1 Bet” With MLB Pitcher Logan Allen, Cena & Allen Comment

It looks like it’s time for John Cena to “pay up.”

The longtime WWE Superstar made a public one-dollar bet with MLB pitching prospect Logan Allen back in March. The terms of the bet were simple — if Allen makes it to the big leagues, Cena promised to hand over an autographed one-dollar bill to the MLB player. If Allen doesn’t make it to the big show, he’ll do the same for Cena.

WWE.com wrote the following about the bet back on March 8th:

“If and when Allen makes it to the show, Cena plans on delivering the dollar to Allen in person at Petco Park in San Diego.”

The WWE website article on the story also included a quote from Cena’s interview with Dennis Lin of The Athletic back on March 7th.

“It’ll be the greatest dollar that I ever spent,” Cena said to The Athletic of the bet with Allen.

John Cena Loses Bet With Logan Allen

Cena admitted in a tweet posted back in March when the story of the bet came out that he hopes he is wrong and that he would be honored to pay-up if it helps motivate Allen to reach his goal.

Well, that’s exactly what happened, as Logan Allen will make his first start for the MLB’s San Diego Padres franchise this week.

The future WWE Hall Of Famer and host of “Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader?” on Nickelodeon took to social media to post another update about the bet with Logan Allen.

“So, so thankful for [WWE] being in my life,” Cena wrote on Tuesday afternoon, as we noted here at SEScoops.com. “Sometimes ‘you can’t see me,’ but I’m always closer than you think.”

Cena added, “Love all of you and thank you for a wonderful evening. Tonight is another chance to be part of something so special #onedollarbet.”

Allen, MLB Tout Victory Over Cena In “$1 Bet”

Logan Allen also took to social media to comment on his bet with the pro wrestling legend.

“Unbelievable night,” Allen wrote via his official Twitter page. “One I truly will not forget. Thank you to everyone that reached out.”

He continued, “John Cena … you owe me a [dollar]. Let’s Go Padres!”

Additionally, the San Diego Padres released a video about the bet in a new tweet posted on Tuesday afternoon. The tweet would prompt another response from Cena.

“Tonight, [Logan Allen] earns his dollar from [John Cena] as he makes his Major League debut,” the San Diego Padres Twitter page wrote on Tuesday evening. “Tomorrow, the dollar gets paid in person. #onedollarbet.”

Cena replied, “Never underestimate the value of a dollar. Tomorrow I will gladly pay what is owed. Tonight is something special. #OneDollarBet.”

  • EC3 Sends Out Interesting Tweet, John Cena Thanks WWE

EC3 Sends Out Interesting Tweet, John Cena Thanks WWE

WWE star EC3 sent out an interesting tweet after this Monday’s episode of RAW in Los Angeles, CA at the Staples Center.

This was when he was introduced as a potential Special Guest Referee for Baron Corbin vs. WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins at Stomping Grounds. This led to Rollins hitting him in the back with a steel chair and then a comedy bit with The New Day.

Following the segment, EC3 took to his official Twitter account where he sent out this sad tweet:

In December WWE officials made the call that it was the right time for him to be placed on the main roster by working on the RAW.

Ever since then, WWE hasn’t done much with him. He’s been used in backstage segments and working Main Event TV tapings and used in segments involving the WWE 24/7 Title.

    John Cena Thanks WWE

John Cena took some time out of his busy schedule to offer thanks to WWE for being in his life. He was backstage at Monday’s RAW but didn’t appear on the broadcast.

The former WWE Champion wrote the following on his Twitter account:

  • John Cena Aims To Keep Personal Life Private

John Cena Aims To Keep Personal Life Private

Since WWE’s power couple of John Cena and Nikki Bella split up, the two have run the gamut from claiming to be friends to posting cryptic tweets that may, or may not, have been about each other.

Now John Cena is supposedly dating someone new—in this case Shay Shariatzadeh. Being a major WWE Superstar and blockbuster actor, however, has meant that Cena has had to concede a lot of his privacy, especially when it comes to his relationships.

In an interview with People.com, Cena claimed that he’s learned to no longer let rumors and online speculation bother him.

“I know who I am, and I think that’s very important,” he says. “It’s fine for people to have questions, but it’s fine for me to give or protect certain information.”

    “One Day At A Time”

Since Cena and Nikki Bella split up, Cena states that he has taken time to assess his “values and beliefs,” ultimately making the decision to keep his personal life out of public eye.

“I think it’s imperative to try things,” he explains. “If you try it and you don’t like it, you don’t need to try it again. I don’t ever judge anybody or criticize anybody for what they share or what they don’t share because I’m not them.”

Although Cena and Shariatzadeh have been pictured together, neither have confirmed the relationship, with Cena sharing that he is taking things “one day at a time” as he focuses on his branching career, including becoming the new host for the TV show, Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader.

  • John Cena Believes He Needs To Define His New WWE Role

John Cena Believes He Needs To Define His New WWE Role

John Cena recently did an interview with Sports Illustrated where he talked about a wide range of topics including his status with WWE.

This is where the former WWE Champion started out by stating that he has a good perspective of the product, which is performance-based. He would talk about how he’s never been the most orthodox performer but rather able to take an honest assessment of himself and admit that he’s not sure he can perform at the same level that he used to be.

“I want to be confident in every performance. I’m not sure what my role is, but I know WWE is my family and, as long as they’ll have me, I’ll never leave.”

Cena would continue by pitching the idea of being a coach at the Performance Center because he thinks it would be shameful for that experience and performance wisdom to go to no one.

“Whether I had the opportunity to do Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader? Or Fast and the Furious, or if I had none of that going on and I just had idle time, I would be having the same conversation with myself. I need to define what my new role is. That’s the conversation I’m having with myself at 42 after performing for 16 years straight.”

Cena would later note that he looks at the whole process differently than anyone else, which is why he has so much fun doing it.

“I attack the creative process differently than anyone else. I’m consistently taking the most realistic look at myself and the company as I possibly can.”

John Cena On WWE Preparing Him For “Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?”

Former WWE Champion John Cena has his next Hollywood gig booked as he serves as the host the revival of “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?”

He spoke with EW.com to promote the television show that premiered on Monday at 7 p.m. on Nickelodeon. During the interview, he explained how WWE helped him prepare for the gig.

“There is no way I can ignore my experience in the WWE for preparing me for something like this, where you not only have to be a vehicle to move the show along but not being afraid to have a personality,” Cena stated.

Cena added that there are so many things that he learned while in the company that helped him with this and every experience he has.

The game show will relaunch with new episodes airing for several days straight until June 19 where it will settle into its regular 7 pm Monday timeslot on June 24.

Cena also serves as one of the executive producers of the show along with Mark Burnett and Barry Poznick. The show sees adult contestants appear on the stage where they answer questions as if they came from an elementary school quiz.

Cena was last seen on WWE programming when he appeared at WrestleMania 35 to do a segment with Elias.

  • John Cena Talks Retirement, Goldberg vs The Undertaker

John Cena Talks Retirement, Goldberg vs The Undertaker

John Cena dropped a hint about his retirement while talking about Super ShowDown’s disastrous Goldberg vs The Undertaker match.

TMZ Sports caught up with Cena in New York where they asked him about his part in the upcoming Fast & Furious film, as well as his thoughts on the Goldberg vs The Undertaker match and whether the two legends should just retire and hang up their boots.

Cena made it clear that he thinks it’s up to the individual to retire whenever they want and they will when they are ready to and it is not his place to advise them. However he also added that he has been having the same conversation with himself lately.

“I think an individual’s career is up to the individual. I think that’s pretty much the way I can describe that. I’ve been having the same conversation with myself – I’m only 42 but it’s something that we’ve gotta address each day. And that’s individually specific. When those people are ready to stop, they’ll stop.”

Cena is still just 42 and while he says he’s thinking about retiring from wrestling – possibly to focus on his acting career more, it’s not like we’ll not see him in the ring occasionally on special events.

Cena last appeared at WrestleMania 35 where he returned with his Doctor of Thuganomics gimmick and interrupted Elias’ concert. He dissed Elias with a rap and mentioned turning heel, and hit the Attitude Adjustment on him but only this time he called it by its original name, the FU.

John Cena Joins Cast Of “Fast & Furious 9”

John Cena has landed one of the biggest movie roles thus far in his acting career.

On Friday, it was officially announced by Universal that the former WWE Champion will be joining the cast of “Fast & Furious 9.” As of this writing, the studio has yet to reveal details on who Cena will play. It should be noted that Deadline reports that they’ve been told that he will play “a badass.”

In other news, while Cena will be joining the cast, there won’t be one familiar face there and that’s Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Deadline reports that he will not be returning in the film. Production on the ninth entry of the popular movie series will begin later this month and the film is set to release on May 22, 2020.

Cena commented on the news by writing the following on Twitter:

Rumors of Cena being included in the film started in April thanks to Vin Diesel releasing a video on his official Instagram account where he talks about Pablo sending him “another soldier for the fight for truth.”

Diesel would then pan over to Cena standing next to him and doing his signature hand gesture. This sparked speculation as to what this video means and if it could be an indication of Cena starring in Fast & Furious 9. It turns out that was exactly it.

  • John Cena Admits WWE Doesn’t Need Him, Talks His Future

John Cena Admits WWE Doesn’t Need Him, Talks His Future

John Cena recently did an interview with The Wrap where he talked about his future with WWE, which has seen him take a big step back from WWE while focusing on his acting career.

The former WWE Champion believes that while he needs the company and loves it, they don’t need him.

“The WWE does not need me. I need it and I love it, and I love every single moment I’m associated with it,” Cena said. “But I felt it the first time this year at WrestleMania: I took a step back and looked at everything and (realized) it is such a powerful machine.”

This is where Cena brought up the idea of serving as a coach at the WWE Performance Center as it’s close to where he lives. He has had this mindset and would consider it when he can’t keep up with the speed of matches.

At this time, he’s not sure it is the right time for him to go on with wrestling. But doesn’t want to come off as someone leaving the company behind either.

“I’m having a talk with the man in the mirror and saying I might be a step slower and I am not sure it is right for me to go on. You always want to walk away at the right time and never want the courtesy clap from the audience.”

Cena made it clear that he’s not sick of wrestling but rather trying to have that real conversation with himself and not wanting to hold on to that flame as long as he can. Cena added, “I would much rather leave a lasting impression for what I did then try to milk the system for selfish gain.”

Drew McIntyre Discusses Wanting To Wrestle John Cena

RAW Superstar, Drew McIntyre, has revealed which wrestler he would like to have a match against before they retire from in-ring competition: John Cena.

In an interview with Express UK, “The Scottish Psychopath” confessed that a matchup with Cena would be an undeniable “notch on my belt.”

“A match with John Cena is on my list,” McIntyre admitted. “I never had a singles match with John Cena. Before he hangs it up officially, I definitely want that match. A victory would be another notch on my belt.”

Cena has been working a highly reduced schedule at this point in time. He has been selectively appearing for WWE for big-time angles and moments due to outside commitments. He recently brought back his Doctor Of Thuganomics gimmick to confront Elias during WrestleMania 35.

For what it’s worth, McIntyre actively trains at Hard Nocks South gym. The connection? John Cena owns that establishment.

The gym recently uploaded a tweet featuring McIntyre in their facilities, pulling an incredible 500 pounds:

Drew McIntyre recently had his biggest WWE match to date at WrestleMania 35. He would lose to a returning Roman Reigns.

He is scheduled to be a part of WWE’s upcoming Money In The Bank ladder match. McIntyre will compete against Braun Strowman, Ricochet, Baron Corbin, Ali, Randy Orton, Andrade, and current Intercontinental champion, Finn Balor.

Nikki Bella & John Cena Seem To No Longer Be Friends

Although both claiming that they want the best for each other, maintaining that they will continue to be friends, it appears that John Cena and Nikki Bella’s attempts to do so have ended.

Taking to her social media, Nikki Bella sent out a message that seemed to have a rather obvious target in mind:

“When you don’t give him what he wants, he will delete you, silence you, manipulate you, do what he can to destroy you, but turn that hurt into strength. Take the high road and prevail! Happiness can’t be bought, it is priceless. It’s your true secret weapon. N.”

    https://twitter.com/BellaTwins/status/1125808447960768512

She would send this tweet a day after Cena wrote the following on his own account:

“Beware those who think you owe them happiness at the expense of your own well being.”

For what it’s worth, adding to the speculation of a definitive rift between their attempts at friendship, the two have stopped following each other on Twitter.

This comes after Nikki’s insistence that she is happy for John Cena. During an episode of her podcast, she playfully promised she would Rack Attack anyone who hurt him.

The couple broke up last year after first getting together in 2012. They were engaged for a year after Cena famously proposed to her in the middle of the ring during WrestleMania 33 in 2017.

Nikki Bella is currently dating her former Dancing With The Stars partner, Artem Chigvintsev. Cena, meanwhile, is now reportedly seeing Shay Shariatzadeh.

John Cena Discusses Rumors Of Him Joining Fast & Furious Franchise

John Cena recently spoke with Extra TV where he discussed the rumors going around that he could be joining the “Fast & Furious” franchise.

These rumors actually started late last month thanks to Vin Diesel releasing a video on his official Instagram account where he talks about Pablo sending him “another soldier for the fight for truth.” Pablo is a name that he calls the late great Paul Walker, who unfortunately passed away in 2013 after crashing his car.

Diesel would then pan over to Cena standing next to him and doing his signature hand gesture. This sparked speculation as to what this video means and if it could be an indication of Cena starring in Fast & Furious 9.

Cena started out by stating that “I can’t confirm anything like that” when asked about it. This would lead to Cena talking about being focused on what’s next and his acting career.

The former WWE Champion added that he truly appreciates the endorsement of Diesel and if he had the opportunity to star in a film of the franchise then he would be extremely grateful for it and that the franchise will get his best.

Fast & Furious 9 is currently in pre-production with the expected release date to be May 22, 2020.

John Cena is looking to join ‘The Suicide Squad’.

The WWE superstar, who has transitioned into more and more acting roles in recent years, is reportedly in early talks to join ‘The Suicide Squad’ film from writer and director James Gunn.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, talks are ongoing that would see Cena join the upcoming movie that already stars Idris Elba and Margot Robbie in two of the starring roles for the film.

It’s unknown at this time what role Cena would play.

‘The Suicide Squad’ is a follow up to the 2016 film from David Ayer that followed a group of super villains released from prison in an effort to stamp out problems too dangerous for even the best superheroes in the world. The original film grossed over $746 million at the box office but it was a disaster with critics.

DC and Warner Bros. then decided to hire Gunn to head up the new version of the film after he had so much success writing and directing the ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ movies for Marvel.

If Cena finalizes his deal this would be the first major comic book film for the multi-time WWE champion after past roles in films such as ‘Blockers’ and a recent role in the ‘Transformers’ spinoff ‘Bumblebee’.

‘The Suicide Squad’ will land in theaters on August 6, 2021.

Kurt Angle wrestled his final WWE match this past Sunday in a losing effort to Baron Corbin. The loss took the WWE Universe by surprise, with many expecting the Olympic Hero to bask in the glory of a victory one last time on the “Grandest Stage Of Them All.” This, unfortunately, wasn’t the case.

Since then, Angle has taken to his Instagram account to reflect on that night. He uploaded a picture from Sunday of him and John Cena backstage, writing that he wished he could have had “one more round” with him.

“Completely ironic that on the same night, at Wrestlemania35 @johncena paid homage to his “ruthless aggression” thuganomics character, and I wore my “Team Angle” warm up. I wish I had one more round with you John. Regardless, I’m proud of my career. #itstrue #wrestlemania35 #wwe”

  • Nikki Bella Addresses John Cena’s New Relationship

Nikki Bella Addresses John Cena’s New Relationship

Despite having broken up the better part of a year ago, it’s been no secret that Nikki Bella still has feelings for John Cena. This was further confirmed during a recent episode of the Bella Twins’ podcast, wherein Nikki addressed the recent images of John Cena with a mystery woman.

She revealed that, upon seeing the headline over the two for the first time, her “stomach went into knots,” though her feelings changed when she actually saw the photo.

“[…] when I opened it up and saw the photo it was weird, I…you know when you get a text or you see a photo or you see your significant other flirt with someone or something, you know how you get those knots in your stomach that hurts? You either want to poop your pants immediately…or you just have the craziest tummy ache, right? So neither of that happened to me when I saw the photos.”

Nikki admitted she “felt bad” for John during their public breakup. This was due to how only her side was really presented, thanks to the filming of her show, Total Bellas.

“I felt bad for John, with our breakup, I felt bad because I felt like I embarrassed him. I felt like I disappointed him.”

Despite stating that she’s “very happy for him” Nikkie promises that “[…] let me tell you, [if] she breaks his heart, wow…I will Rack Attack her in a heartbeat. Still protective of that man.”

“Try To Be The Right Person”

Nikki Bella wasn’t the only one to talk about love in recent days. John Cena, who is usually a fan of cryptic messages, wrote the following on his Twitter account:

“Instead of trying to find the right person, try to be the right person. Get to a point where you love yourself, and you might be surprised at the company you choose to keep.”

This message, more focused on self-growth, appears to be directly addressing his potentially new relationship, rather than being a petty dig at past loves.

Cena most recently appeared during this past Sunday’s WrestleMania 35 event. He would interrupt Elias’ performance with a throwback to his rapping Dr. Of Thuganomics gimmick from the early 2000s.

John Cena On Not Feeling The Pressure Of WrestleMania Appearance This Year

This year’s WrestleMania was unique in a lot of aspects and one of them was John Cena not being advertised in advance and him having a less prominent role on the show.

While speaking to Sports Illustrated recently, the Leader Of Cenation talked about his segement on the event and how it was the first time in a long while when he didn’t feel the pressure of a WrestleMania appearance.

John claimed that the WrestleMania Sunday was not looming in the back of his head this time and he knew that his appearance would be special because of his experience of watching the show from the crowd last year:

“This is the first time in a long time I haven’t had to focus on a main-event profile segment, There wasn’t that looming WrestleMania Sunday in the back of my mind saying, ‘I have to do this and this is what people pay to see.’ I had a lot of fun watching it from the crowd last year, because I knew that was going to be special, and this year gave me liberty to have even more fun.”

Apart from this, John Cena also discussed his Times Square appearance before WrestleMania where he helped induct 26 kids into WWE’s Circle of Champions during a Make-A-Wish event. You can check out his full interview at this link.

John Cena Explains Dr. of Thuganomics WM35 Appearance

While John Cena didn’t have a planned match for WrestleMania last night, he made a memorable appearance. For the first time in several years, Cena dawned his “Dr. of Thuganomics” gear. He then proceeded to cut a promo on Elias reminiscent of the ones he gave back in 2004.

Cena spoke to Cathy Kelley last night about bringing back his old gimmick.

“I feel ridiculous speaking normal and dressing like this,” Cena said. “I wasn’t supposed to be here and I wanted to do something that would be a nice surprise and a bit of entertainment on a show that was filled with the culmination of a lot of stories.”

Cena also noted that he just wrapped filming a movie and it would have been difficult for him to do much more on the show.

“I thought Elias put on a really creative performance,” Cena continued. “I didn’t want to take a ton of time away from the event or the Superstars who have earned a chance to go out there and do what they do. I know we were only a few minutes, it was awesome to be out there. It felt really fun and I think it was a nice surprise for all the WrestleMania fans.”

Cena concluded the interview by saying WWE is doing just fine without him as a regular performer.

John Cena Brings Back Doctor Of Thuganomics During Surprise WrestleMania Appearance

John Cena made a surprise appearance at WrestleMania 35.

A special bulletin graphic appeared with a video of Babe Ruth playing baseball while Elias was playing his guitar and out walked John Cena with his 2003 theme song playing and dressed as the doctor of thuganomics.

Cena grabbed a microphone and cut a promo while rapping about how bad Elias is. Cena laid him out with a strike then hit the five knuckle shuffle and the AA to end the segment.

Cena recently did a run with WWE in late December through early January where he worked several TV and live events. WWE has not advertised him for this show or even mentioned him on television in recent months after his latest run of appearances.

Although he was originally advertised to work the Royal Rumble Match at the pay-per-view event in January, he was pulled as it was reported that he was never scheduled to compete in the contest.

Just last year, he worked a short match against The Undertaker at WrestleMania 34 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

John Cena Says He’s “Come To Grips” With Not Having WM35 Match

Wrestlemania 35 takes place tomorrow but one of WWE’s greatest all-time performers does not have a match scheduled. John Cena recently spoke to journalist Chris Van Vliet about not having a role at WrestleMania 35, wanting to be Kurt Angle’s final opponent, and AEW.

John Cena Not Scheduled For WrestleMania 35

“I will be at WrestleMania every year no matter what. I just don’t have anything this year and I’ve come to grips with that,” Cena said during the interview. “To all those out there who just don’t have a match at WrestleMania and don’t feel like they are a part of WrestleMania, take it from me, you can still contribute to the weekend without physically being a performer in the ring and I actually like that spot, I do.”

There had been speculation Cena could be named as Kurt Angle’s opponent in his farewell match. Cena isn’t worried about that, however, as it is out of his hands.

“That is beyond my control. My response to that is control the controllable. Everyone always asks me ‘What do you want to do for WrestleMania?’ or ‘What’s your dream opponent?’ and I have never ever gone about our business that way.”

What Does John Cena Think Of AEW?

Cena, like many others, feels AEW will offer only healthy competition to WWE.

“I think competition is great because it forces you to step up or step aside and I think that is fantastic. We have internal competition of performers trying to be the best in our umbrella and that is wonderful because you sink or swim on your own investment.”

Cena speaks for 25-minutes in the only interview he plans to give during WrestleMania weekend. You can view the full interview in the player below:

Kurt Angle Claims John Cena Has A Match At WrestleMania (Video)

We’re two days away from WrestleMania 35 and there has been no mention of John Cena on WWE television. In fact, he’s not advertised for the show. Thus, that’s led to some speculation whether Cena will be missing the show or if there is a surprise in store for fans.

Well, it appears that WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle revealed a secret during a recent interview with the Gorilla Position. This is where he dropped a hint that Cena will be working the show.

“I love John and I know that he will have a WrestleMania match,” the WWE Hall of Famer said. “I’m not sure if they’ve announced it yet, but I’m almost positive he’s gonna be there.”

Cena is in town as he will be signing copies of his “Elbow Grease” book for kids at Strand Book Store in Union Square, New York City on Friday, April 5th at 4pm ET. It’s always possible that WWE can come to an agreement with Cena in order for him to work the biggest show of the year. Just last year, he worked a short match against The Undertaker.

WWE presents the WrestleMania 35 pay-per-view event on Sunday, April 7, 2019 in East Rutherford, NJ at MetLife Stadium that will air on the WWE Network.
