Lionel Messi’s Mas+ Suing Logan Paul’s PRIME Over Bottle Design

Soccer sensation Lionel Messi is the latest name to take issue with PRIME, the drinks company founded by WWE Superstar Logan Paul and fellow content creator KSI. A new lawsuit filed by the 37-year-old Argentinian player is hitting out at PRIME for being “anti-competitive.”

Messi launched his drink company back in June of this year with four flavors available in both bottles and cans. Many argued that the designs of the drinks bore a striking resemblance to the KSI/Paul product.

Mas Prime

Mas+ by Messi distributor Mark Anthony International filed a lawsuit against PRIME Hydration on October 8, Dexerto reports, seeking a declaratory judgment to confirm Mas+ is not copying Prime’s bottle design. In the lawsuit, Anthony claims that PRIME reached out and demanded Mas+ cease sales until their packaging was changed. It is also claimed that PRIME has threatened to sue for trademark and trade dress infringement.

The lawsuit against PRIME claims that the drinks company is “seeking not only to prevent fair competition but also is trying to monopolize functional packaging elements that are commonplace in the hydration beverage industry” Anthony also claims that an “experienced survey expert” demonstrated that there was no likelihood that consumers would confuse the two products.

Logan Paul’s PRIME Problems

This lawsuit is the latest legal issue for Logan Paul who continues to make headlines outside the squared circle for the wrong reasons. The U.S. Olympic Committee is suing PRIME over the use of trademarked terms they claim could lead people to believe PRIME is an official sponsor. Refresco, a supplier of PRIME, is seeking at least $67.7 million over an alleged breach of contract based on the production of the beverage.

Despite these lawsuits and questions regarding PRIME’s use of caffeine in beverages, PRIME remains a sponsor of WWE events with a ‘Hydration Station‘ being a fixture at Premium Live Events. Stay tuned to SEScoops for all the latest on Logan Paul and the former U.S. Champion’s successful, albeit controversial, drinks brand.

MrBeast Teases WWE Collaboration Amid New Ventures with Logan Paul and KSI

For decades, WWE has worked with celebrities to garner headlines in the mainstream media, from Liberace and Muhammad Ali at WrestleMania 1 to more recent names like Tyrese Haliburton and Cardi B. In recent years, fans have seen Logan Paul and KSI on their screens when tuning into WWE, and could MrBeast be next?

On the ImPaulsive podcast, MrBeast joined Paul and KSI to discuss their newly-launched Lunchly product as well as plans and projects in the works. When Paul asked “Were you going to do something with WWE?” Mr. Beast gave the intriguing response “I mean, spoilers.” The conversation quickly moved on from WWE talk after MrBeast’s reply.

With over 318 million subscribers on YouTube alone, it’s hardly a surprise that WWE would be interested in working with MrBeast, real name James Stephen Donaldson. Any appearance by MrBeast would generate a substantial buzz among his fans, just as the appearances of Paul and KSI have done with their respective fanbases.

Logan Paul & KSI in WWE

Logan Paul debuted in WWE in 2021 and made his in-ring debut the following year. From his first match, Paul was regarded as one of the most talented celebrity wrestlers, a status he has maintained with every match since then. In 2022, Paul signed a contract with WWE and captured the U.S. title at Crown Jewel 2023 from Rey Mysterio.

KSI has yet to wrestle in WWE but that hasn’t stopped the English YouTuber from getting physical in attempts to aid his PRIME co-founder. At WrestleMania 39, KSI attempted to help Paul in his match with Seth Rollins, an act that ended very painfully for both men.

MrBeast coming to WWE may seem odd on paper, but it’s a smart move by the company to forge some kind of partnership with the popular content creator. Stay tuned to SEScoops for the latest on WWE and MrBeast after the ‘spoiler’ shared this week.

Logan Paul, MrBeast, and KSI Launch ‘Lunchly’ to Rival Lunchables

Some WWE fans love him and some loathe him, but Logan Paul has proven himself to be a serial entrepreneur, with a series of business projects to the Maverick’s name. Now, Paul and his PRIME Hydration co-founder KSI are teaming up with YouTuber Mr. Beast to launch Lunchly, a new brand lunches for children.

‘Lunchly’ products will include PRIME Hydration as well as sweet treats from Feastables, Mr. Beast’s brand of candy. The first batch of Lunches items will include Pizza, Fiesta Nachos, and Turkey Stack ‘Ems.

The product is aimed as a direct competitor to Lunchables, with the Lunchly website featuring an entire “Us vs Them” section. The shade is palpable as Lunchly runs down how they stack up against the ‘leading brand’ –

  • Flavorful Combos: Lunchly offers more flavorful combos, while the leading brand sticks to standard picks.
  • Electrolytes: Each Lunchly pack contains 400 mg of electrolytes compared to only 55 mg in the comparable product from the leading brand.
  • Packaging: Lunchly uses bold packaging, whereas the leading brand has basic packaging.
  • Gestures: Lunchly provides “big gestures,” while the leading brand offers only “mid moments.”

The collaboration of Paul, KSI, and Mr. Beast brings together three of the most popular, and marketable content creators currently working online. The pair collectively have 362 million YouTube subscribers, and over 100 million followers on Instagram, with Mr. Beast making up the majority in both metrics.

Paul has already been able to secure PRIME Hydration as the official beverage sponsor of WWE events, and fans can expect the longest-reigning U.S. Champion of the past decade to do plenty to make Lunchly a viral success.

The Next Shane McMahon? KSI Ready to Do Much More After RKO from Randy Orton

KSI may have been left aching after appearing on last week’s SmackDown, but that won’t stop him from getting back on WWE programming.

During last week’s episode of SmackDown, Logan Paul and KSI announced that PRIME Energy will sponsor the ring mat of all WWE premium live events. This unprecedented move in WWE will begin with next month’s WrestleMania 40 event in Philadelphia, PA.

The PRIME Energy co-founders were interrupted by Randy Orton, who many expect will challenge the U.S. Champion at WrestleMania. While Paul escaped the RKO attempt, KSI was less lucky and was hit with the move before being dragged onto the PRIME logo.

KSI Ready to Return to WWE

On the most recent edition of the ImPaulsive podcast, KSI spoke about taking the RKO from WWE’s Legend Killer.

Honestly, one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life… My nose is smushed, my lip got cut up. The inside of my lip is destroyed from my teeth slamming into his bicep.”

KSI was certainly hurting after his run-in with Randy Orton but is hoping to do much more as part of WWE programming.

“I like to see myself as the Shane McMahon of WWE. I don’t mind getting a Stone Cold Stunner. I just want one suplex.”

KSI in WWE

KSI’s unfortunate appearance on SmackDown is not the only time he was left hurting at a WWE event. At WrestleMania 39, KSI, dressed as a PRIME bottle, attempted to help Logan Paul during his match with Seth Rollins. Things backfired when Rollins would pull KSI onto the announce table and Paul, who had lept from the top turnbuckle when Seth had been prone, crashed into his friend and business partner.

After that appearance, KSI teased challenging Bobby Lashley, which earned a response from the All Mighty former WWE Champion. KSI’s involvement in WWE is somewhat ironic, given that early into his YouTube career, his WWE video game playthroughs proved some of his most popular content.

KSI Eats An RKO From Randy Orton As Logan Paul’s Special Guest On WWE SmackDown

Logan Paul knows how to rile up WWE fans. He kicked off SmackDown this week by enraging them with a big change to the WWE. Then he invited one of his old friends, who didn’t get the best reception, either.

Paul opened up this week’s SmackDown by unveiling a big Prime bottle logo in the center of the ring. He then said that Prime is the first center ring sponsor in WWE history, and they will be seeing that logo at WrestleMania. Then KSI came out to join the fun.

Logan Paul Brings KSI to SmackDown

Logan Paul got fans in Dallas to boo him relentlessly, and then he no-sold their “What” chants. In the middle of his promo, he announced that Prime has made history as the first company to ever book a center ring deal with WWE.

The Maverick unveiled a big Prime bottle in the middle of the ring. He said that fans will see that Prime bottle on the ring at WrestleMania and all premium live events from now on. This got a big boo from fans in Texas. Then, Logan Paul introduced KSI, who came to the ring through the crowd.

Randy Orton came out next, and LP ran away. Sadly for KSI, he ate an RKO and was laid out in the middle of the Prime bottle logo on the mat. Then Orton picked up a bottle of Prime for good measure, took a sip, and poured it on KSI’s crotch for good measure.

At least Orton did sip the Prime and remark, “This is very good,” before he capped things off by drenching the influencer.

More on WWE Sponsorships and Prime

This is not the first time fans have seen KSI on WWE television. He was at WrestleMania last year, where he did a pretty crazy spot in a Prime bottle costume.

This is also a very real deal between Prime and WWE. It is noted as the company’s largest sponsorship deal in history.

WWE is open for business when it comes to selling off ad space for their ring. Nick Khan has made it very clear in the past that they are interested in renting out any asset they have for advertising purposes. It will be interesting to see how many times we see a Prime bottle in the middle of the ring, but the company is not opposed to the idea.

SEScoops will have more coverage of this story, and many more, as we continue down the road to WrestleMania 40. We will have additional updates as new details are made available.

Logan Paul Takes Attitude Adjustment Through Table At Prime Event In Viral Video

Logan Paul knows how to draw attention to himself, and that hasn’t changed over the years. The Maverick is also involved in more than WWE, but one recent non-pro wrestling related event still got physical.

In addition to his wrestling endeavors, Logan Paul is a business partner with KSI, and together they co-founded the PRIME energy drink. They organize promotional events on a regular basis to boost the drink’s visibility and brand awareness. A recent event occurred in Mexico City, Mexico, and that is where our story takes place today.

What happened with Logan Paul at the Prime Event

At the promotional event in Mexiso, KSI executed an Attitude Adjustment on Logan Paul, sending him through a table. This went down amidst loud cheers from the fans. After that went down, PRIME’s latest signee, Samy Rivera, who is a popular Twitch streamer, pinned Logan Paul.

Logan Paul did not have his United States Title on the line at that event, because it wasn’t a WWE function. Still, it’s notable that the champion took this pinfall.

What’s next for Logan Paul in WWE

Logan Paul has already been confirmed for a major Premium Live Event next year. Before that, he will defend his United States Championship against the winner of the United States Title tournament, leaving uncertainty regarding his upcoming title defense opponent.

We will have to see who gets their hands on Logan Paul next in WWE, but there are certainly a lot of fans who can’t wait to see what he does next. You can check out the clip from that Prime event below.

Reigns is closing in on 800 days as champion, while Logan was just wrestling in the third match. Logan Paul was very impressive once again and had an excellent performance at the premium live event.

The Usos brawled with the Impaulsive podcast hosts during the match and Jake Paul made his way to the ring with his own music. Jake knocked The Usos out of the ring before Solo Sikoa arrived. Logan leveled Sikoa with a dive but got hit with a Superman Punch when he got back into the ring. Reigns followed it up with a Spear to retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

KSI & Mr. Beast React to Roman Reigns Calling Them Out at WWE Crown Jewel

During the main event of WWE Crown Jewel, The Tribal Chief had Logan trapped in a Headlock in the middle of the ring. The 27-year-old tried to escape but Reigns had the hold locked in. Roman began taunted Logan and called out other popular YouTubers in the process.

“We going to put an end to this. This is it right here. Ain’t no more YouTubers coming over here. This is the last YouTuber you will ever see. Hey KSI, Mr Beast.”

Logan then battled back and escaped the hold in the match. Popular YouTubers KSI and Mr. Beast reacted to the call out from Reigns on twitter.
